Ban expired, but I'm still blocked. Any advice?

So, my entire sentence has officially been served, yet somehow I’m still facing a lockout.

I’d appreciate some clarity on this.

Hitting two 500-point thresholds automatically triggers a permanent ban. I actually took a look at why you were penalized, and honestly, looking at those warnings, I totally agree with the moderation team, so there’s no way that ban is getting lifted.
