I’m done..
I am so exhausted..
Usually, I’m all smiles, love sports, stay positive—but right now, my schedule is killing me..
Ever since I moved to New York City, I’ve been constantly sick.. my immune system is basically clinically dead..

Seriously, I can't take it anymore.. I'm so over the antibiotics, the pills, the constant sniffing, swollen tonsils, doctors, and endless referrals..
The constant warnings about not sitting on cold surfaces or I'll wake up with a bladder infection, or skipping ice cream and soda because my throat will be trashed by morning..
I'm honestly turning into a damn houseplant at this rate..
I bet a huge part of this is the campus dining hall; the food they serve us students has about as many nutrients as a photo of a carrot—zero, zilch, nada..
What else can I even do, people? Please help! A bioenergeticist (anyone out there actually know how to help?), aloe vera gels, those Tahitian juices, vitamins... what's actually going to work???
I just want to feel healthy again..

Find a way to decompress. Honestly, just do whatever works for you.
1. Get out there and actually hang out with people for once.
2. Grab a beer with a friend.
3. Pick up a book about something completely unrelated to your day job.
4. Go dancing, hit the gym, or just find some way to have a little fun.
5. Forget the chores for a night... just sleep, because I promise the world isn't going to end if you miss one deadline.
...
*Just come up with your own list, live your life, and enjoy the ride. 👋

Eat plenty of nutritious food. Load up on vitamins, fruit, and cooked meat. It isn’t cheap, sure, but you can't put a price tag on your health.👍
And obviously, don't go anywhere without an undershirt.😁 👋

My undershirt is basically glued to me at this point...
Anyway, I woke up this morning feeling like my lower back was being hit by tennis balls. I swung by the drugstore and dropped some cash on $67 immune boosters, just hoping they'll actually bring me back to the land of the living...
Thanks, guys! 👋

Maybe it’s time to take the tonsils out?🙄

Start eating more fruits and vegetables,
pick up some Centrum at the drugstore—just one tablet a day,
(vitamins and minerals),
get outside for some walking or running,
do whatever makes you happy—reading, dancing, hanging out with friends, etc.
avoid smoky rooms (you don't smoke, right?)
and your immunity will improve, guaranteed. 😉

Just grab some Centrum at the drugstore—a 30-pack should do—and take one a day.
Vitamins and minerals.

I'm crushing enough fruits and veggies that nobody can even start with me.

Get out there and start hiking or running outdoors, for crying out loud.

Off to hit aerobics and go for a run.
Just do what makes you happy—read, hit the dance floor, hang out with friends, whatever.

I live for reading and dancing (wait, have we met before?)

Stay out of smoky rooms—you don't smoke, right?

Nah.

Your immune system's gonna bounce back, guaranteed. 😉

Fingers crossed!🤔 🙂

I’ve lived in New York City my entire life and I absolutely love it. Up until this winter—honestly, I’m feeling exactly the same way you are right now! But if you ask me, this isn't some issue with NYC itself; it's clearly about the sheer amount of stress we've been drowning in over the last year. At the end of the day, the solution has to come from within me! 👍

Has anyone brought up propolis yet?

A few drops twice a day is great for boosting your immunity. It's natural and won't break the bank either...

thanks, everyone! 👋

Honestly, you’d have been better off using that cash to buy a few bags of lemons and oranges. Or maybe some chocolate. 😁

Give yourself some space to recharge both mentally and physically. Go do something you actually enjoy, maybe try a little meditation, and honestly, just stop eating that cheap college food for a bit and treat yourself to a real, decent meal 😉
