Honestly, most of that stuff they market as "all-natural" juice is basically just liquid candy, packed with so much added sugar and nasty preservatives that you're probably looking at something even more toxic than a can of Pepsi π

Look, let's be real hereβsugar isn't some kind of lethal poison, and honestly, itβs not even that bad if you don't go overboard. At the end of the day, we're all just talking about the same stuff anyway, whether it's labeled as a treat or just tucked away under the "all-natural juice" label on a carton.

Susan Turner said:Iβve got to be honest with you allβitβs getting a little embarrassing, but I am absolutely hooked on Coke. Itβs become this daily ritual that I just can't seem to shake, no matter how many times I tell myself I should probably switch to water or something more sensible. Itβs like that one stubborn habit you know is bad for you, but the moment you don't have that cold, crisp hit of sugar and carbonation, everything just feels slightly off. Itβs become my little vice, plain and simple. β
Look, Iβm not going to sugarcoat it for youβif you want things to change, you have to actually change your habits. It sounds like some clichΓ© motivational poster you'd see hanging in a cheap gym in New Jersey, but it's the cold, hard truth. You can sit around all day waiting for a lightning bolt of inspiration to strike, or you can stare at the ceiling wondering why life feels stuck, but none of that moves the needle. Real progress isn't about those grand, sweeping gestures we see in movies; it's about the grinding, repetitive, often boring stuff you do when nobody is watching. If you keep running the same broken script every single morning, don't act surprised when you end up in the exact same dead end. Itβs simple math: your current routine is the blueprint for your current life. If you hate the building, tear down the blueprint and start drawing something else.
Do you actually think having healthy kids is a realistic goal in this day and age? I mean, look around. Between the processed junk being pushed in every school cafeteria from New York to LA and the sheer amount of chemicals floating around in everything we touch, "healthy" feels like a bit of a pipe dream, doesn't it? Itβs like trying to maintain a vintage Mustang in a city full of potholes and saltβyou can try all you want, but the environment is constantly working against you. You spend half your life reading labels just to make sure you aren't accidentally feeding them something that belongs in a lab experiment rather than a kitchen. It's an uphill battle, honestly. π€·

Well, I suppose I should clarify that water is definitely my go-to drink as well, though it doesn't seem to be an option here.π³

Do you really think you're raising healthy kids like this?π€·
Do you actually have any proof or a peer-reviewed study showing that drinking Dr Pepper could be teratogenic?

Oh, please! Is this really how weβre going to play it? Just aggressively trying to beat urban myths out of people who clearly don't know what they're talking about? π¬

Look, how am I supposed to point to a specific paper when a massive conglomerate like the Coca-Cola Company wouldn't dream of letting an independent researcher get close enough to run an analysis in the first place?π€·
garbage

If you don't have any actual proof, why are you even claiming it's teratogenic?
