Zohan is the best!

Look, I’ve never been much of an Adam Sandler fan myself, but I have to admit this one actually sounds pretty promising... It follows this top-tier Israeli secret agent who’s basically hit a wall with the whole spy life and decides his true calling is becoming a celebrity hair stylist instead. Apparently, the whole thing is packed with sharp humor centered around the tension between Israelis and Palestinians.

Sandler is joined by John Turturro and Rob Schneider in the cast, and it's set to hit theaters here in the States on August 21st.

The first half hour is a total riot—pure comedy gold. Then, it just falls off a cliff. You might catch a decent joke here or there, but they’re buried under about fifteen bad ones.

It’s your classic Sandler flick—nothing groundbreaking or revolutionary by any stretch, but if you're just looking to kill some time and get a few good laughs out of it, it totally hits the mark...

Man, I just finished watching it and honestly, it was such a blast 👍...I’m telling you, Sandler is easily one of the absolute best comedic actors out there 🙏

At first, you’re actually cracking up, but as the movie drags on, the laughs just... dry up. It’s like watching a joke lose its punchline in real-time. Just like my buddy

So, I checked out that Nelosh flick—honestly, the beginning is a total train wreck... just super dark and kind of a mess... but it picks up later and gets okay... definitely worth a watch though... maybe grab some drinks first, whatever works for you 😁

It feels like nothing more than a cinematic imitation of Boratov's original concepts. Honestly, it's complete garbage. Total bottom-of-the-barrel stuff.

Just watched it... honestly, I was dying. Look, I’m a fan of Sandler and he hasn't let me down yet... the only thing is, those last 15 minutes felt a bit weak compared to the rest of the movie.

I just caught Zohan, and man, I don't think I've ever laughed that hard in a movie theater. I was losing it during basically every single scene in the first hour and fifteen minutes, then it slowed down to maybe a couple of scenes toward the end... 🙂 Personally, I dug it. I mean, what else are you actually expecting from Adam Sandler? Just a ton of ridiculous jokes. 😉 The way he pulled off that accent 😁, the body language and everything... It felt like a total parody to me—like that bit with the glasses Terminator used to wear, the terrorists, the whole gag where twenty people pile out of a taxi, all that stuff. There’s some crude humor too, but hey, that's the vibe. Also, regarding Sandler's look, I read somewhere that he spent months grinding at the gym just to get fit enough to pull off those insane stunts, haha 😉
Just thinking about Zohan's version of "okey-dokey"—ofi tofi—has me cracking up again 😁

My advice for this movie: if you need a good laugh or you've had a terrible day, it's definitely worth the watch, but if not, you might prefer something a bit more substantial... 👍
