Vomiting blood
in Health ·
Hey, I have a serious question. My name is Charles, I’m 15, and last month at a friend's birthday party, there was alcohol. I hadn't eaten anything because I was running late, so I figured drinking on an empty stomach wouldn't be a big deal. Anyway, I had maybe 2 or 3 glasses of vodka mixed with Sprite, plus 2 or 3 beers with Coke. That's when things went south. I remember most of it, but my friends were being jerks—they put dirt, sand, and pebbles in a water bottle and I ended up throwing up. I'm not sure if I swallowed any of it, but I know I was vomiting food, then blood. Everything went dark, so I can't really say what color the blood was. It's been a month now, and I've had this smell that makes me nauseous, causing me to throw up food and then blood just like at the party. Tomorrow, while I was cleaning up, my stomach turned again and I threw up food and blood once more. Then I cleaned up on an empty stomach. I honestly don't know what to do. I haven't touched alcohol since, though I've had some soda and caffeine in small amounts, if that matters. I need an answer right away so I know if I should see a doctor. Things are really bad at home right now and I don't want to stress my family out more if it's unnecessary. A friend thinks it might be a stomach ulcer, but I really don't know. Please help me, I'm scared and desperate!
