Hip Issues - General Discussion Thread
in Health ·
Hey there 🙂
So, about two years ago, my hips started acting up... It wasn't an everyday thing, and honestly, nothing unbearable. Just this dull ache deep inside—it’s a bit more noticeable when I’m walking, but it gets pretty intense when I’m sitting or lying down.
For the last couple of months, though, it’s shifted. Now it’s just my right hip, specifically on the outer side, and it only flares up while I'm walking—right at that moment when I put my weight on my right leg. If I happen to get a workout in during the morning, the pain feels even sharper.
Also, just a bit of background—I was actually born with some hip dysplasia issues, so I had to wear those little corrective braces when I was a baby.
Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here? Thanks, everyone 🙂
