Rosacea help!

I've been dealing with rosacea for ages now, and honestly, I feel like I've tried everything under the sun without much luck. The redness flares up and settles down a bit sometimes, but it just won't fully clear up. I recently came across info about AFT treatment—it’s kind of like a laser thing where they use light energy to zap those tiny capillaries and get rid of the redness. Has anyone here actually tried it yet?
