Honestly, I'm thinking Teddy would make an incredible guard dog for the newly elected President. Everyone’s stressing about her security once she moves into the White House, but this would solve everything—two birds, one stone.🥳

And then people act all surprised when the dog starts barking. Like, give me a break. ☕ I’d honestly just round up the whole neighborhood hooligans and throw a massive bonfire party right under her window. Just constant noise, shouting, and chaos all night long with some hot spiked cider to keep the energy up. ☕ If she’s got a problem with it, she can just pack her bags and move. ☕

The prosecutor is a huge animal lover. She actually has two dogs, two ducks (they have their own pool), and some parakeets.
But she doesn't keep her dogs on leashes.
So basically all her pets just hang out in the house with her? One duck swimming in the kitchen sink, another in the bathtub, parakeets flying everywhere, and the dogs just chilling at the table.🙂
hiddenmarlin14 said:Fine, can someone finally just give me an actual link to an article explaining what this is even about? 🙂 I asked right away in my first post and everyone is acting like they didn't hear me. 🙂 Now I'm just annoyed. 😠
I’m really not into those "he said, she said" type of arguments. What, am I supposed to just cherry-pick comments that fit my narrative every 24 hours? Look, either step up your game and actually have a real conversation, or just don't bother at all.🤷
Every dog is different. No two are exactly alike. One might be a total lapdog, while another is definitely not house-trained.🤷 Teddy didn't live in a house; now he's behind bars.. If Grandma has dogs, I personally feel for them.🤷
Any animal belonging to a species that lives alongside humans has the right to live and thrive according to its own natural rhythm and conditions. Any shift in that rhythm or those living conditions forced upon them by humans just to turn a profit goes against this fundamental right.
I wonder if this actually helps Teddy Roosevelt🤔
just like all those other articles about protecting animals ,since there's also this one part saying humans don't have the right to wipe out entire species—so where does that leave roosters? Are we going to end up wiping them all out ourselves because of how we act?🤷 here you go

Get over yourself🙂

Yeah, you totally could. Like, seriously, you're walking on eggshells here 🤦
I mean, seriously, did nobody ask Bear why he was barking? Who's even bothering him? Bottom line is, I still think this is a total miscarriage of justice for both the owner and his dog.🧐
Anonymous said:she joined that little club of yours!😍 I saw some documentary a while back about all that urban noise pollution from cars, and apparently, they have court cases for that in the States too 🙂?!
You figure out which ones they are, then we'll grab a drink together and just hang out under the window🤣
stormyharbor27 said:The Party in this dispute is actually the dog owner.
Yeah, exactly. We all realized that part, but nobody actually knows who was bothering whom. Like I said before, a dog doesn't just bark for no reason. It makes you wonder—what if the old lady was actually the one provoking the dog? You said it was right under her window.🤷 My dog barks whenever he gets provoked.🥳 I’m telling you, I still don't buy that stuff about the bells. It just isn't true.
stormyharbor27 said:The bells aren't ringing nearly as much as they used to, that’s for sure. Over the last decade or so, churches have been moving right into quiet suburban neighborhoods. Now, everything is automated, and they’re installing massive bells that just drown out the peace and quiet.
Every major US city has its own local ordinances that dictate whether you can keep roosters around.
Dog barking has always been an issue. It’s just that back in the day, we didn't have the internet to spread the word about it.
That's just not true. Back in the day, those bells used to be way bigger than they are now. People back then were just different. They were probably way more moral and had a lot more inner peace. They actually found joy in the little things, like the sound of church bells or a singer’s voice. Nowadays, everyone just seems annoyed by everything.🤷
Maybe the old lady is pushing too hard and just bothering Bear too much.🤷 We aren't going to find out with Nazalos, since Bear can't even defend himself in court.😢
stormyharbor27 said:The property doesn't even have a house on it, so the dogs just roam free.
I don't know what part of the country you're in, but in New York City, there are local ordinances that ban keeping roosters.
Look, in a lawsuit, you don't sue the animal, you sue the owner. It's basic logic. If a dog bites someone, you don't take the dog to court, you go after the person who owns it.
To me, it’s totally fine for dogs to wander around and bark. I don't care if I hear a singer practicing early in the morning, it doesn't bother me.🤷 It’s also perfectly fair to hold someone accountable if their pet actually bites someone. But I think it's messed up to try and stop an animal from being an animal.🤷 As a proud dog owner myself, even if I wanted to stop them, I couldn't control it. A dog isn't going to bark constantly just to be loud; if they are, it means they feel threatened. So yeah, I see this as an attack on the animal—forcing them to act unnaturally.
Honestly, everything is negotiable. Just move the dog away from the window and you're good.🤷 My neighbor’s rooster—or whatever that singer is—wakes me up every single morning at 5 AM. Should I just sue him?🧐 I’m actually filing a lawsuit against the rooster. And hey, if we're doing that, let's sue the goats too since they won't stop bleating. By February, I'll probably be suing every cat in the neighborhood.☕
Yeah, it makes me wonder what would happen if it was just a stray dog. You know, those strays that wander around and people just feed whenever they feel like it. What would even happen to a dog like that? Since there’s no specific owner, shelters usually can't take them all in.
My dog was a Dalmatian—so we're talking a huge breed here—and he ran out under a car. Maybe it was my fault because I wasn't paying enough attention or maybe it was just one of those things that happens. You can't win. I took full responsibility for the whole thing. I paid for the damages and spent days basically babysitting him through it.😢 But seriously, people, trying to ban dogs or any kind of animal from being allowed in certain places is just pure insanity. It’s all happening because some person probably can't sleep anyway, so they decide to make everything everyone else does a problem.☕
I totally forgot to mention that I actually managed to get a court order to stop some old lady from complaining about my dog barking.🙏 Honestly, if she hadn't been shut up, she probably wouldn't have slept a wink for the rest of her life.🥳 Someone would’ve been "knocking" on her window all night long.☕ She’d be begging for him to bark right back at her twice as loud.🧐
