[YEA] 04/06/2009: Mary (RN) from Landenberg, PA: "Just 2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar—it brought my blood pressure back to normal within 30 minutes. Lately, I’ve been noticing a weird discrepancy between my arms; the left side stays in the normal range at 110/70, but the right side spikes to 148/68. This Symptom onset was fairly recent and only happens at night after dinner. I initially suspected my high protein intake during evening meals might be the culprit—maybe affecting blood viscosity—but I wasn't totally sold on that theory. A few months ago, I overhauled my diet to boost alkalinity using a heavy-duty alkalizing supplement. It turns out that increasing alkalinity actually depleted my potassium levels. Adding Apple Cider Vinegar seems to have balanced things out perfectly; my readings are now consistent across both arms and sitting comfortably in the 100/70 to 120/80 range. Pulse is at 62 after just 2 days of use (only 2 tsp in the evening). It never crossed my mind that adjusting saliva pH could tank my potassium, but in my case, it did—and the Apple Cider Vinegar fixes that imbalance, which in turn normalizes the blood pressure. (RN)"
[YEA] 03/27/2009: Ali from Bursa, Turkey: "Using Apple Cider Vinegar for blood pressure: For the first time in my life, I'm dealing with hypertension. I'm 56 and live with Type 2 diabetes. At the clinic, my readings were consistently high, so the doctor wanted to monitor me for a week before deciding if I needed medication. My son mentioned Earth Clinic and Apple Cider Vinegar, so one night, I figured why not? I measured my BP at 15.9/10.1. I followed my Dietary regimen (about two tbsp and some water) and checked again 30 minutes later. Voila!!!! It dropped to 12.2/8.5. I've stuck with the Apple Cider Vinegar ever since, and my BP has stayed perfectly normal. No more spikes. Thank you, Earth Clinic and Apple Cider Vinegar!"
YEA]02/26/2009: Pamela from Atlanta, GA: "Apple Cider Vinegar—my blood pressure plummeted 20 points in just 2 hours.
I was at work last Friday and suddenly started to feel light-headed. A coworker grabbed her monitor to check me, and we were both shocked—my blood pressure hit 168/99. I have *never* seen a number that high. Luckily, another coworker lives nearby and rushed home with a small cup of Apple Cider Vinegar. I downed about two tablespoons straight. It wasn't too bad! An hour later, it dropped to 144/88, and an hour after that, it was down to 127/84. I felt significantly better... so yeah, Apple Cider Vinegar WORKS.
YEA] 02/25/2009: Ron from Chula Vista, CA: "The Apple Cider Vinegar definitely works. I have borderline high blood pressure and have been using it for 4 days. Previously, I was hitting 150/90 even while taking Atenolol and Lisinopril. Now, I've cut out the Atenolol and only take a small dose of Lisinopril, and my pressure is ranging from 133/67 to 125/75—which is fantastic. The doctors can keep their pills, honestly. I'm hoping to ditch the Lisinopril soon too. I am exercising and watching my salt and diet, but I know it's the Apple Cider Vinegar doing the heavy lifting. It's working for me. Best wishes."
YEA] 01/27/2009: Giovanna from San Jose, CA: "I've struggled with hypertension for the last two years since having my baby. I checked my BP recently and it had skyrocketed to 188/98—I absolutely panicked. After seeing all these incredible reviews, I realized I had nothing to lose but the hypertension itself. I ordered organic Apple Cider Vinegar online, and after two days of following my Dietary regimen (2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and water), I checked my BP today and it was 111/84. I was in total shock. I re-checked a half hour later and got the exact same number. I am in total disbelief. I'll keep taking the Apple Cider Vinegar and re-test in a few days, but I am beyond excited. These reviews are spot on. The numbers don't lie!!!!!"
YEA] 12/16/2008: Marqueze from Nashville, TN: "Where do I even start... I went from 159/100 down to 130/77 in just one week... NO MEDS. Just Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day, 2 tsp mixed with water. I honestly can't believe it. I usually don't buy into any of the internet nonsense because people lie constantly, but I am telling you guys, this stuff works. It tastes like absolute garbage, but it works. My Doctor was stunned... No BP meds for me, just good old Apple Cider Vinegar! Yes! Thank God for nature. I truly believe there are cures for everything right here on Earth... We just need to keep digging and tell the doctors to shove it when they try to sell us expensive meds. Long Live Apple Cider Vinegar!"
Apple Cider Vinegar actually lowered my BP. After dealing with Hypertension for 15 weeks, my doctor gave me the ultimatum: get those numbers down or start taking medication. Then, on October 31st, I found out I was pregnant—and there was absolutely no way I wanted to be on meds during this time. So, I pivoted to a dietary regimen: 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed into a cup of warm water, three times a day. I went to the clinic today after just two weeks on the regimen. My previous reading was 140/98; today? It was 120/85. Honestly, I was floored by how fast it works. I’ve used Apple Cider Vinegar on and off for over seven years now, but as of today, I’ve decided to stick with it for good. It really works—just give it a shot. I'm so relieved I did, because otherwise, I'd be stuck on prescription drugs to manage my BP. If anyone wants to reach out to chat about Apple Cider Vinegar or share your own results, please contact Nikki.
Wow! I stumbled onto this site looking for a natural way to manage Hypertension. For years, my numbers were rock solid at around 120/70—totally steady. Then, things started creeping up. By July '08, my pressure shot up to 160/96. I had to take medication for about 15 days, but once it settled back down, they took me off it. Fast forward to 11/20/08: I checked my BP and it hit a terrifying 176/101! I decided to get serious and tried the Dietary regimen—2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 8 oz of water, three times a day. I even kept a water bottle on me with two capfuls of vinegar tossed in. Well, today (11/24/08), I went back to the same spot to check my levels and—get this—it was 127/82! Not bad at all for just five days of sticking to it. I’m planning to stick with this for good. Thanks to everyone here for the posts and the support!
Listen—two weeks ago, I finally reached my breaking point. After ten years of battling Hypertension and dealing with the absolute nightmare of side effects from Benicar, I decided to try something else based on what I found on this site. At that moment, I was tapering off the Benicar and felt like death—my BP was sitting at a dangerous 185/115. So, I started a specific dietary regimen: two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar, a teaspoon of cayenne, and a teaspoon of cinnamon mixed in half a glass of water every morning. At noon and again in the evening, I just stick to the Apple Cider Vinegar. Fast forward two weeks, and get this: I hit 131/85 this morning without a single prescription drug in my system! On top of that, I’ve been using organic, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar as a facial toner, and my skin looks better than it has in decades. I’m 51. To be clear—I haven't dropped any weight yet, and honestly, when I tried adding baking soda to the mix, my pressure actually spiked. So, my next target is attacking those extra 10 pounds. Thanks!
I started on the Apple Cider Vinegar thing about a week ago—just doing 4 dessert spoons mixed into a glass of water. Honestly? It’s working. My BP has already dropped from 160/90 down to 125/73 in just seven days. I'm still taking 360mg of Cardizem daily, but the goal is to scale that back to 180mg once things stabilize further. One heads-up, though: I've heard that since Apple Cider Vinegar is so acidic, it can mess with your tooth enamel. Might be a smart move to use a mouth rinse right after you take it to protect your teeth.
Hey. 53 years old, 6'2", 207 lbs. I don't touch alcohol, I don't smoke, and I keep my fat and salt intake minimal. My lifestyle is pretty dialed in—I live right near a massive organic veggie garden and eat clean. I almost never touch junk like potato chips, fast food, or canned soups. As for genetics? We don't really have a history of Hypertension in my family until much later in life. My grandpa dealt with it, though he had quite the drinking habit—which I’ll get into in a bit—but my dad is over 92 now and is only just starting to see some issues with high BP.
Out of nowhere, my BP spiked—and that’s after living in the States for a year now. I spent the last 30 years living in the tropics, swimming in a pool for at least an hour every single day. Fast forward to today? My lifestyle is completely sedentary. I spend way too much time sitting on my butt—admittedly—because my job is strictly behind a computer screen. Regardless, I’ve been following this specific website for a while and started a dietary regimen: two large tablespoons of organic Apple Cider Vinegar (the real stuff with "the mother," not that clear, cheap supermarket junk) mixed into unsweetened grapefruit juice and water. I drink it first thing in the morning and again right before bed. In just one month, my numbers dropped from 165 down to around 140... all without touching any actual medication.
I’m currently on a daily aspirin and my standard multivitamin—but let's be real, I've never been much of a "pill person." I prefer more natural routes. Lately, I’ve been taking Oil of Oregano (three 5-drop doses a day) for general wellness, and honestly? The results are hard to ignore. It actually cleared up a chronic, viral-style cough my partner had been battling for four months—a cough that doctors kept trying to fix with nothing but antibiotics—in just seven days! And mind you, he’s also sticking to his dietary regimen. On top of that, his thirty-year struggle with GERD and gastritis seems to have improved dramatically too. It’s pretty incredible, isn't it? It makes me wonder—could Oil of Oregano potentially help with Hypertension as well? My BP isn't quite back to where it should be yet, but I’m staying the course. At least I'm feeling that dizzy sensation a lot less often now.
I remember my grandfather back in Europe used to drink a liter of unfiltered apple juice—the cloudy kind, not that clear stuff you find at the grocery store—one month on and one month off to manage his hypertension. It was an old-school remedy passed down through the family. But let’s be real: good, unpasteurized apple juice is like $11 a liter these days, so that’s just not a sustainable budget. Has anyone else heard similar stories about using apple juice here in the States?
YEAH! 10/13/2008: Randy from Santa Cruz, California: "Hey everyone. This is a fantastic resource for health concerns. I've been sticking to a dietary regimen of 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 to 12oz of water every morning and night. Then, during the day, I carry around a quart of spring water mixed with about 4 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and sip on it constantly. Long story short: my BP, which has been stubbornly high for over 25 years, has dropped lower than I ever thought possible.
Before starting any meds: 160/96
While on meds: 130/86
NO MEDS plus Apple Cider Vinegar: 110/60
My BP has basically settled into a steady rhythm of 110/60 throughout the day.
I actually had to stop taking my prescription meds because my BP dropped way too low when combining Apple Cider Vinegar and the medication: 98/56
Now, without meds—just the Apple Cider Vinegar: it stays right at 110/60 like clockwork.
YEA]05/29/2009: Patrick from New York, United States: "So, I finally dragged myself to the clinic for the first time in ages two days ago. They clocked my blood pressure at 140/76. Honestly? I wasn't totally shocked—for the last few days, I’ve been feeling completely wiped out, getting dizzy whenever I stood up too long or actually tried to get some work done. I knew something was off.
I've always been an active guy, but ever since I landed this new gig, it's like I'm chained to a desk, and then I come home to even more work. Being a photographer and graphic artist means if the economy stalls, you're feeling it—every cent matters. Plus, there's the family history: my old man dealt with Hypertension, Gout, and Medical history.
Getting told I was borderline high hit me pretty hard. The doctor didn't prescribe anything yet—just told me to hit the gym and cut out the greasy food, sodas, caffeine... basically all the junk. As soon as I sat down at my computer, I started digging online and stumbled onto earthclinic.
Thanks to the info here, I grabbed some ___ [Apple Cider Vinegar] and took 2 tablespoons raw right before hitting the hay.
Woke up the next morning feeling like a brand-new man. I've already jumped back into my workout routine, too. I haven't touched fast food or garbage for a few days—just sticking to fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. No coffee, no tea, no soda. Just water and specific juices.
It’s wild how we wait for a crisis before we actually move. But yeah, the___ with Mother works. After the Dietary regimen, I started using the 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar with 8oz Water and a squeeze of lemon. Tastes great, too. "
[YEA] 05/16/2009: PrincessDolly Girl from Niagara Falls, Montana: "Just like so many of you who have been stunned by how Apple Cider Vinegar helps drop blood pressure, I am officially a believer. I've been dealing with Hypertension for 10 years (I'm 40). Timeframe, I started a new BP med and my numbers just kept climbing. I also started taking tyrosine to manage mood swings and anxiety; it helps with the mood, sure, but it's driving my BP even higher. So, I went hunting for a natural fix and found this place. Last week, my BP was 168/113. Today, after the Dietary regimen, my BP was 149/99. I was praying for a quick change, and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks to everyone here for sharing what you know."
YEA] 04/27/2009: Debra from Littleton, North Carolina: "My BP was hovering between 150/90 and 170/90, sometimes even higher. My doctor put me on medication about a year ago. Recently, I started using Apple Cider Vinegar for general health—mixing 4 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar in 20 oz of water, 2 or 3 times a day. I kicked this off about a month ago. Over the last few days, my BP has been plummeting toward 90/50. It actually spooked me—I wondered if the Apple Cider Vinegar was the culprit. I originally started it to kill carb cravings and lose weight; I had no clue it affected BP. Now, I'm not telling anyone to ditch their prescriptions, but I've stopped mine and I'll be discussing it with my doctor. On top of that, the sluggishness is gone. My allergies are way better, and my eyes look brighter. Even though I haven't seen the weight loss or craving reduction yet, I'm thrilled with everything else. Fingers crossed my cholesterol follows suit!"
[YEA] 04/15/2009: Kelfrom Miami, FL, USA: "High Blood Pressure Cure: Man, I have been losing my mind the last couple of weeks. I've been experiencing Symptom onset, including light-headedness, intense headaches, and vomiting after heavy rowing sessions on Saturdays. I hate going to the clinic and I've been trying to avoid the pills, but my pressure was 178/118 this morning and has peaked as high as 190/126. This week I tried garlic tablets—some minor improvement, but nothing significant. After drinking ___ brand Apple Cider Vinegar (just a splash in the bottom of a mug with two inches of water), the results were instant. I saw a 10-point drop in the first 25 minutes. I had a bit more and went out to run errands. Two hours later, after a quick ten-minute nap, I'm down to 138/95—my lowest reading in two years. Wow! I feel so relieved. Thanks!"[YEA] 04/08/2009: Sandrafrom West Palm Beach, Florida: "I'm using Apple Cider Vinegar for Type 2 diabetes and Hypertension, and it's working perfectly—within three days. I'm thinking about trying chlorophyll as an internal deodorant, but I don't want to trigger a bad reaction, so please let me know if you have experience with that. I was using a generic store-bought version that wasn't distilled but claimed to be natural, and it worked. Then I switched to ___ Apple Cider Vinegar, and what a massive difference—it really does the job. I'm so grateful for this community. I read that chlorophyll is even helpful for diabetes. My blood pressure hit 140/70 after a week (had to wait until my clinic visit to check). I noticed my blood sugar levels improving within two days because I track them at home. I tried oil pulling for a week, but it wasn't for me. Any advice?"
[YEA] 07/29/2008: John from Okeechobee, Florida: "I deal with High Blood Pressure and have been on meds for years—but honestly, they don't seem to do much. Three weeks ago, things got scary; my pressure spiked to 195/110, leaving me dizzy, dealing with massive headaches, and feeling generally terrible. My daughter was freaked out, so she jumped online to hunt for remedies for HBP and stumbled upon this site. She jotted down some possible fixes, checked our fridge, and the first thing she spotted was the Apple Cider Vinegar. She told me to take a shot, so I did. Right away, I felt a shift. To cut a long story short, I have been taking a shot of the apple cider vinegar ever since. I take it first thing in the morning, Midday and at night, and it’s been nothing short of a miracle—my pressure dropped to 130/87. I haven't seen numbers this low in YEARS. Huge thanks to everyone providing feedback, and to the person who built this site. It’s given me everything I needed. Thanks again, John
YEA] 07/23/2008: Asma from Houston, USA: "Hi, Ted:
This might sound a bit wild, but I started mixing ACV with V8 low sodium, some Tabasco, and a 12oz can of beer. Definitely not the most balanced formula. Even with my medication, my blood pressure used to sit at 145/92. I'm a regular drinker—about 6 to 8 beers. After just one week, I checked my BP and it was down to the 128/80 range. About three weeks in, it hit the 117/75 range. Plus, my heart rate used to be 88-92, and now it’s down to 68-73. Needless to say, I am stunned.
I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I am genuinely curious about how this happened. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Asmai."
YEA] 05/31/2008: Sue from Choctaw, Oklahoma: "Listen up, everyone: I've been using ACV for several months now and managed to go off all my blood pressure medications entirely. I originally started using ACV for GERD (acid reflux), and my blood pressure went from 150/90 down to 112/60 in just two months. I also tried adding baking soda to the ACV, but then I started dealing with intense joint and leg pain. Once I stopped the baking soda, the leg pain improved. Just a warning: skip the baking soda—it can trigger joint pain in some people, so be extremely careful.
Also, ACV can cause anxiety in certain individuals if you overdo it. It changes the pH of the body. I have to be careful not to exceed one to two teaspoons at a time. Has anyone else tried the tablets, and do they actually work? On top of this, I've been an R.N. for 22 years, and I am just so sick of the medications doctors churn out like candy, constantly hunting for quick fixes. Most of these drugs are just short-term band-aids meant to lead to even more medication.
[YEA] 05/08/2008: Julie from Berlin, Wisconsin: "I actually stumbled onto this site just yesterday. I recently found out I have High Blood Pressure and decided to take the advice and try the ACV. I’ve used it for acid reflux in the past and knew it worked for that... so why not? I was absolutely floored!!! I also struggle with anxiety. I took it yesterday after browsing the site and went for a physical today. You wouldn't believe the results. Within five minutes of taking it, my anxiety vanished, and when they checked my BP, my systolic was down twenty points and my diastolic was down ten..!!!! Can you believe that? If you haven't tried it, do it."
[YEA] 04/23/2008: Fauzi from Bangi, Malaysia: "I've been on an ACV regimen for my High Blood Pressure over the last seven days. My BP plummeted from 188/110 to 132/77 during that week through a combination of serious brisk walking (half hour in the morning, half hour late in the afternoon every single day), switching to a non-fat diet, and that good old ACV. My dosage is one tablespoon of ACV and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water, three times a day. Honestly, I'm pretty confident I can hit the 120/80 level or even lower within the next few weeks. For anyone out there struggling with high BP (or high cholesterol, or high sugar), don't hesitate—try the ACV! "
[YEA] 04/20/2008: Anita from Augusta, GA, USA: "Since I started using apple vinegar, my blood pressure dropped to 112/80 and I've been able to come off my blood pressure medication entirely."
[YEA] 04/12/2008: Charles from Willingboro, NJ USA: "Hi, I read about the incredible results people are seeing with ACV. I’ve heard about the benefits in books and stuff over the years, but I never really committed to it. Well, I've dealt with High Blood Pressure for about 10 years now, and it's been steadily getting worse. I've been prescribed all sorts of pills by doctors who I believe genuinely care and are trying to help (maybe), but nothing they've done has provided any real benefit to my health. Absolutely nothing. This past December, I ended up in the ER because my pressure hit 210/160. The pain was excruciating—my head, neck, back, and eyes all felt like they were caught in a vice or struck with a sledgehammer. No exaggeration. The pain was unbearable. I spent five and a half hours in the ER only to leave without being seen by anyone except the intake nurse, and that was the moment I decided to take my health into my own hands. I started a routine of two tablespoons of ACV in water 2-3 times a day. After two weeks, I was almost ready to quit because I wasn't seeing results, but I read a comment saying that results take time and to keep pushing. So I did. By the third week, I had a breakthrough. My pressure came down, and I haven't touched any medication since December. I've tweaked my protocol as I've gone along, and this is how I currently take my remedy."
3 tablespoons ACV
1 teaspoon cinnamon
half teaspoon cayenne pepper
in a half glass of water
The RESULTS:
No more headaches
No more High Blood Pressure (it might spike once in a while—then I just take an extra dose of ACV and it drops right back down)
No more joint pain
No more sinus issues
ACV may not be some magic bullet, but it’s second only to the grape cure (that regimen where you eat nothing but grapes), which is basically impossible to stick to for long. I’m posting this specifically because most websites love to dismiss "folk" remedies and alternative medicine just because they aren't strictly "scientific" or FDA approved. Honestly? I believe rational, intelligent people can report accurate results from treatments they've actually tried. You don't need a fancy degree, a title, or a government position to speak the truth. It insults me that we're constantly bombarded on these "expert" medical sites with warnings like "don't try this" or "don't do that" without even talking to your doctor first—or worse, claims that these "cures" might be dangerous! Any supposed side effects (if there even are any) are light years less harmful than the drugs currently sitting on pharmacy shelves. I could go on and on, but I'll stop there. Keep posting what works for you; by sharing your actual results, we can learn from one another and educate each other to navigate this maze of medical jargon designed to hide facts and peddle half-truths.
I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon the Apple Cider Vinegar recipe here on Earth Clinic. I’ve got a cholesterol check coming up in about two weeks... I’ll report back with the numbers—hopefully without needing statins.
[Yes ] 02/05/2009: BILL from Memphis, TN replies: "YOU REALLY HAVE INSPIRED ME. THE DOCTORS ARE TELLING ME THAT I'M GOING TO HAVE A STROKE BECAUSE IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY AND THAT I HAVE TO—NO, I MUST—TAKE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION. WELL, I WAS TAKING THEM, BUT NOW I'M NOT. I HAVEBEEN USING GARLIC AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, AND MY NUMBERS DROPPED FROM 178/90 DOWN TO 124-138/65-84. READING YOUR COMMENT HAS GIVEN ME A SECOND WIND TODAY. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS"
Yes ] 09/05/2008: Mary from San Bernardino, CA: "I found this site just a couple of weeks ago while hunting for a natural way to manage high blood pressure. I'm carrying quite a bit of extra weight, but I was struggling to even exercise because of the side effects from the Blood pressure medications my doctor prescribed. I have zero interest in going back to that doctor, and I certainly don't want to be stuck on these drugs indefinitely. To me, it feels like these medications are just poisoning my system.
I'd already scouted out several remedies that actually cost more than my actual prescriptions, and I was right on the verge of ordering one when something deep down told me to keep digging.
That's when I hit this site. I combed through the comments and figured, why not? It wouldn't hurt to give the Apple Cider Vinegar a shot. If it fails, I can always fall back on those overpriced alternatives.
I've been using the Apple Cider Vinegar for roughly two weeks now, and the shift in my energy levels has been nothing short of incredible. Before I started this, I was constantly dragging myself along, totally drained. I was nodding off at church and passing out in front of my computer at home. Now, that heavy, sluggish feeling has vanished; I have real energy, and I'm not fighting sleep every five minutes. Plus, I've actually started exercising.
Yesterday, I missed my midday dose. I didn't feel quite right (I definitely feel 'off' when I miss my Blood pressure medication), so I checked my levels. The average was 145/96. Normally, when I forget my medicine, that average jumps to 165/101. Today, while on my medication, the average was 123/77 (and that's after having a couple of glasses of cola!)—usually, it sits at 130/85 or 140/90 if I've had any caffeine at all.
Not only is my Blood pressure starting to trend downward, but I've also dropped 10 pounds in just two weeks! Hopefully, I will be able to come off of the medicine soon so I can finally get healthy again. Thank you all so much for this website!"
[YEA] 07/19/2007: Luis from Brooklyn, NY, NY: "I've been dealing with diabetes for several years now. A few weeks back, I headed to my doctor and they dropped the news that my cholesterol was sitting pretty high—210. So, I started knocking back 2 tablespoons of ACV once a day. Fast forward about a month, and my cholesterol has dropped to 160, and my blood pressure is hovering right around 120/80. I've read that people suggest taking the ACV two or even three times a day—and specifically using the unfiltered stuff. Has anyone here actually messed with the capsules? Each dose of two tablets packs 600 mg of ACV. What kind of results are you seeing with the capsules? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks"
[YEA] 07/18/2007: Keith from Vancouver, Canada: "Mixing ACV with honey did the trick for me. I went with a 50/50 blend of ACV and honey, tossed in some garlic, and took 2 tablespoons twice a day. Within just 2 weeks, my blood pressure plummeted from 150/100 down to 130/80. I usually stir those 2 tablespoons into some dandelion tea and drink it chilled out of a champagne glass—it's a little luxury! I keep a whole jug of the tea ready in my fridge. It’s incredibly cheap and easy, too. Honestly, it tastes better than actual champagne!! Any tea should work fine, and I'm planning to start mixing it with green tea next."
Yes ] 04/06/2008: Rachel from Bronx, NY: "Hey, I just wanted to jump in and say that Apple Cider Vinegar actually does the trick for High Blood Pressure. I saw my doctor and my BP was sitting at 150/110—but after taking 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar three times a day for about three weeks on and off, my numbers dropped to 132/90. It really works, so give it a shot!"
Yes ] 02/11/2008: Mark from College Station, Texas: "Listen, I have to be honest—I was a MASSIVE skeptic when it came to home remedies... but using ACV for High Blood Pressure has been nothing short of incredible!!
I stumbled upon this site just over a week ago. My blood pressure had been running high for a long time... hitting the 160/95 range... and I kept lying to myself that I could just 'live' with those numbers. But then, about a month ago, things took a turn and it started spiking to 180/100 and even 185/105... which, frankly, terrified me!! I’ve always stayed active... I’m not exactly overweight... maybe 20 lbs over... and I eat pretty well. But my job is high-stress and I’ve definitely got a 'Type-A' personality... so when those numbers spiked, I knew I couldn't just sit there.
I started on the ACV six days ago... and today, when I swung by the house during my lunch break, my BP was 141/83!! I am stunned and incredibly grateful!! I actually started feeling a difference just two days after starting.
Now, look, the taste and smell are pretty gross... but I found that taking 2 tablespoons three times a day worked wonders for me. I just pour 2 tablespoons into a glass... stir in about a tablespoon of honey... and knock it back. Then I chase it with a protein shake!!
I praise God I found this site. Isn't it wild how God's gifts always seem to be the most effective!!"
Yes ] 01/27/2008: Darren from Hicksville, NY: "I started using ACV to bring my blood pressure down. Not only did it drop my numbers (my doctor was floored by how low they went), but it also cleared up my anxiety and even a wart on my hand that had been bothering me for over a year. I tried everything under the sun except actually going to the doctor to get it frozen off. ACV turned me into a New person. Even my coworkers noticed—they say I'm more patient and way more relaxed. It is the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel. I just put a teaspoonful in a glass of water."
Yes ] 01/13/2008: Marla from Cleveland, Ohio: "Checking back in after about 45 days of taking 2 teaspoons of ACV mixed with honey and water three times a day... and honestly, it's hard to wrap my head around. My BP used to hover around 162 and even hit 190/92—I was basically a walking stroke risk. Now, it's down to 125/82, and this morning it was 117/79! I do take a mild diuretic... I'm still carrying extra weight and can't get much exercise because of some old spine and leg injuries. But this has given me enough hope to start making other changes. Please, everyone, post your updates here—it helps others see the benefits. I am truly amazed."

Yes ] 12/31/2007: John from NY: "Living in New York, I had to battle High Blood Pressure for years. I'm 54 and was on all sorts of medications for HBP and its side effects. I tried taking ACV in water at first and absolutely hated it. Then I started using it on my salads and realized how much I actually liked it straight up. (I'm not saying this is for everyone, though) but now I just take a swig every day and I have to say, 'I love it.' I also want to mention that my BP is much better and I feel like a new person—plus, I lost 14 pounds over the last couple of weeks (no massive lifestyle overhaul, just being a bit more mindful of what I eat and sticking to the ACV daily)."
Yes ] 11/09/2007: Kwaku Sam from Accra, Ghana: "My blood pressure climbed to 140/90 and I was warned to be careful. Within two weeks of using ACV, my pressure dropped to 110/80. I mix the ACV with honey or maple syrup and baking soda, two or three times a day. I haven't checked my cholesterol levels yet since I've been on Zocor for over a year, but I have stopped taking the Zocor. To be honest, I don't plan on taking any more medication as long as I have ACV. Unless it's a total emergency like an accident, I don't see myself needing to visit the hospital."
[YES] 09/08/2007: Sarah from Simi Valley, USA: "I’m 45 and I’ve been dealing with borderline High Blood Pressure for five years now. During my last doctor visit, he told me I’ve officially hit Stage 1 High Blood Pressure and wants to put me on meds. He gave me a three-month window to try and manage it on my own first. I stumbled onto this site three weeks ago and started taking 2 tablespoons of ACV in 8oz of orange juice every single morning. Honestly, I’ve seen some solid results with my diastolic pressure, though my systolic is actually creeping up. On the bright side, I have way more energy and my skin looks better..."
[YES] 08/23/2007: Joanne from Chicago, IL: "I'm 49 and dealing with High Blood Pressure—so incredibly relieved to have found this site. My doctor won't even give me the time of day unless I agree to take High Blood Pressure medications. I really, truly don't want to be on drugs. My average readings swing between 140/95 and 130/80. Currently, I'm taking ACV once a day—2 tablespoons mixed with OJ. I’ve been tracking my readings, but I get so nervous during the process. I can't help but wonder if the anxiety itself is messing with my numbers. It’s wild how much my BP fluctuates within just a 10-minute window. For instance, today at 10 AM, I got: 144/71, 130/93, 124/78, 138/89, and 124/83. My pulse starts out sky-high at 119, then slowly drops to 78 once I finally relax. It’s a massive range! Which number should I actually track? My doctor told me to always toss out the first reading. I'm also using various other natural supplements, doing yoga, meditating, and exercising. I’m eager to see if the ACV makes a difference. Should I start adding baking soda to the mix? Does baking soda help alkalize the system?"

[YES] 08/14/2007: Betty from Birmingham, AL: "I found this site about a month ago, and man, am I glad I did. I've struggled with High Blood Pressure for years and tried every prescription drug under the sun, but nothing worked. Seriously, nothing brought my numbers down like ACV has. I take it every morning with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and I have to say, it dropped my pressure from 187/107 to 169/107 in just two weeks. I'm sticking with it. So happy I found this place. I'll keep you all posted."
[YES] 08/14/2007: Lynette from Keller, TX: "I only realized I had High Blood Pressure about a month ago, though looking back, it probably ran high for months. I had a high reading twice at the dentist but didn't think much of it then. Since my husband tracks his BP, I had him check mine, and it was 132/95. That was exactly four weeks ago. I immediately cut salt out of my diet—probably consuming less than 500 mg of sodium a day now. I've cut out almost all sugar and started eating tons of fruits and veggies. I also swim, do yoga, or hit the gym most days. I started drinking 2 teaspoons of ACV with honey and distilled water 2–3 times a day. At first, the honey caused my BP to spike again, and I felt pretty terrible for a day. So, I switched to sweetening the vinegar with stevia instead. After four weeks, my reading today was 104/68—it has been steadily dropping since I changed my lifestyle. It has even dipped as low as 98/64. The biggest drops seem to come from the ACV combined with hot yoga. I feel incredible—honestly, the best I've felt in years. Plus, the ACV cleared up a nagging allergy I've had for at least two years. I've been doing oil pulling for a couple of weeks too, which seems to help as well. I'm not entirely sure which is doing what, but I definitely have more energy and better focus alongside the lower BP. I'm 51, and I'm even noticing fewer menopause symptoms."
[YES] 08/10/2007: Joe from Beaumont, California: "Wow! I can hardly believe it! I had a double bypass in 2004 and have been stuck on blood pressure medications and acid reflux meds for years. After dealing with nasty side effects from both, I decided to try ACV and garlic pills. Even though my BP without meds was only 135/85, my doctor insisted on it being lower due to my medical history. I had zero doubt that ACV and garlic wouldn't do a thing. Well, dummy me! It worked—and it worked big time! I waited two months to post this because I wanted to be absolutely certain. I saw two of my doctors yesterday, and my BP was 110/72, then 106/70 later that same day. The ultimate bonus? My acid reflux completely vanished. I take 2 tablespoons of ACV in a glass of water and a 6,000mg garlic pill every morning. Just try it! You've got nothing to lose. It worked for me, and hopefully, it works for you too. I should mention I monitored my BP several times a day just to make sure it was actually working. Good luck!"
[Yes ] 08/01/2007: Yvonne from London, England: "My Blood Pressure was sky-high—174/114—so I tried 2 tablespoons of ACV mixed with apple juice twice a day for two weeks. Just stepped out from having my Blood Pressure checked by the nurse, and it’s down to 130/72. She was just as stunned as I was! I’ve already gone in for my diabetes and cholesterol blood work; I’ll update everyone once those results land in my hands. Thank you for the advice."
[Yes ] 07/20/2007: Raphaelo from Deerfield Beach, Florida: "My name is Raphaelo. I'm 33, living here in Florida. I've been battling nasal cancer for nearly seven years. Like most cancer patients, I went through the ringer with chemo and radiation, but for me, they were useless. Before the treatment started, it was just a simple cold and a lump in my neck. After the treatment? Things went south fast. The cancer spread to my throat. My face is swollen, my eyes are puffy, and I'm dealing with constant dry mouth and skin. I feel weak and look pale. Last week, I stumbled upon a post on this site about how apple cider can lower high Blood Pressure. Since my Blood Pressure was perpetually high, I gave it a shot. Ever since, my BP has been normal. I've never had a remedy work for me this quickly. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this site. What physicians couldn't fix in seven long years, this did in less than a week."

Yes ] 07/09/2007: Manjo from New London, CT: "My BP was hovering around 146/96 for several weeks. After diving into the stories on this site, I jumped on the ACV bandwagon. Now, it's totally normal after three weeks of taking 2 tsp of ACV with 1 tsp of honey in a glass of water, three times a day. I’ve also been hitting the gym for an hour daily—honestly, I feel so much better."
[Yes ] 06/10/2007: Renee from El Dorado, Kansas: "Whoops... I've been taking 2 tablespoons of ACV with 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda two or three times a day. One unexpected perk I've noticed is that my vision actually seems sharper. I used to get these weird episodes where everything looked distorted—kind of like looking at the heat waves rising off hot asphalt. It made seeing things incredibly difficult and triggered a dull headache in my eyes. Must have been BP related."
[Yes ] 06/04/2007: Greta from the southeastern mountains, Kentucky: "Two years ago, a doctor tried to push high blood pressure medications on me, but I stood my ground and refused. Since then, I've been trying to manage it using just a handful of supplements, with hit-or-miss results. The doctor had it sitting around 146/88. I've seen it spike into the 150/92 range, though usually only when I'm stressed or exhausted. Using the Michael's blood pressure factor (the naturopathic approach), I managed to keep it at an average of 134/76. Then, two nights ago, I started sipping the 'recipe.' I mix 1 shot glass of ACV with an equal amount of Aloe Vera juice or gel in 8 oz of water, plus a big spoonful of raw honey. Today, I hit my lowest reading yet. I was just cleaning up when I sat down to check it. I use a battery-operated cuff and take a few deep breaths before starting. My pulse was 79 and my blood pressure (checked it twice!) was 123/64 and then 118/64... clearly, something is working. Plus, the brain fog is gone and my energy levels are finally climbing."
[Yes ] 06/03/2007: Kathy from Richfield, Ohio: "Back in January, I was dealing with constant headaches and this unsettling, 'off' feeling. Being a nurse, I had my colleagues check my blood pressure, and it was up at 160/90. That honestly spiked my anxiety because, professionally speaking, I know exactly how dangerous untreated hypertension is. A coworker has been on a massive health kick lately and swears by this one 'tonic' that supposedly fixes everything. Well, I decided to give it a shot. I threw 1 cup of ___'s company vinegar, 1 cup of raw honey, and 8 cloves of garlic into a blender for about a minute. I poured the mixture into a clean glass jar, sealed it, and let it sit in the fridge for five days. During that week, I was monitoring my BP constantly and was seeing steady readings between 150/86 and 170/94. On the fifth day, I gave my 'tonic' a shake, poured 2 tablespoons into a half glass of low-sodium V8, and did this once a day for two weeks. At the end of those two weeks—doing absolutely nothing else differently besides this daily routine—I have a miracle to report. The headaches I used to get while rushing through the hospital halls? Gone. That uneasy feeling? Gone. And the reason? My BP is back to normal. I'm consistently seeing 120/78 to 130/86, over and over again!!! NO ONE CAN TELL ME THIS DOESN'T WORK—I HAVE PROFESSIONAL WITNESSES! About 90% of the staff on my floor are already converts... It's such a simple fix with none of the nasty side effects patients deal with from the drugs we hand out like candy. Don't be foolish—just see how incredible you feel after a few weeks on this. I feel like a kid again and I'm even sleeping soundly! That alone is worth a fortune."
[Yes ] 06/02/2007: Joel from Ottawa, Ontario: "I'm a 49-year-old male who has been teetering on the edge of high blood pressure for a while now. I don't smoke, I'm not overweight, and I stay active. However, I do have a family history of HBP. At my last doctor's visit, my BP hit 157/101. My wife, who is an RN, confirmed those numbers over the following two days. The immediate 'fix' offered was to put me on medication, but I refused; I wanted to do my own digging and see if I could handle this myself. I stumbled upon this site, and combining that with some other research, I overhauled a few things: 1. I've been taking ACV—2 tablespoons with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and a splash of water, three times a day (pro tip: pinch your nose shut, chug it, and hold it for 10 seconds so you don't taste it); 2. I've been taking one 6000mcg allicin garlic pill daily; 3. I take a low-dose 81 mg aspirin before bed; 4. I've been walking 30 minutes every single day; and 5. I completely cut salt out of my diet. I even bought a solid automatic monitor and have been logging my readings three times a day at my doctor's request (mostly so he can prove I need the meds). As of 10 am this morning, my BP is 121/78. I'm certain it's a combination of these changes, but I wanted to let other skeptics like me know that there is real substance to this natural magic—you just have to actually commit to the lifestyle changes. I'm heading back to my doctor in a month with my log, and we've agreed to decide then if I really need the pills. I'm hoping to give him a massive surprise. I'll keep you guys posted."
[Yes ] 05/30/2007: Ramona from Loxley, AL: "I take Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day, usually before meals (lost 36 lbs). Around 8:00 pm, I suddenly felt terrible—the back of my neck through my head was throbbing and my stomach turned. I looked up blood pressure on this site, remembered to take some ACV, and downed two tablespoons. Within 15 minutes, the pain vanished, I felt calm, and the nausea disappeared. Always go organic."
[Yes ] 05/30/2007: Trish from Anchorage, AK: "Hello—I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with how Apple Cider Vinegar helped reduce my blood pressure. My doctor told me my levels were way too high at 142/93 and threatened to put me on medication if I didn't get them under control. I was dead set against taking pills, so I searched online and read about everyone here having positive results with Apple Cider Vinegar. I decided to give it a shot. After just one month of my 'remedy'—about 1 TBS of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed into 8oz of grape juice twice a day—my blood pressure dropped to 133/82. My doctor was pleased, and honestly, so was I. My joints feel a lot less achy, too. So thank you, thank you for this simple fix—it actually worked for me!"
[Yes ] 04/29/2007: Jon from Laconia, NH: "I’m heading into the military and needed to get my blood pressure down. It was sitting at 154/85 at the start. Since I began using Apple cider vinegar and taking 1000 mg garlic pills, my blood pressure has dropped to 139/80. It’s still on the high side, but hey, it’s only been two weeks."
[Yes ] 04/29/2007: Jesse from Freeport, TX: "Results from using ACV: I started taking it after dealing with several bouts of acid reflux, and I haven't had another episode since I started months ago. I was also struggling with allergies like congestion and a runny nose—all gone now. For the last three years, my blood pressure was consistently high, around 158/94. At my most recent physical, my doctor was nearly floored when it read 128/68. I'm a believer."
[Yes ] 04/23/2007: Debbie from Hollywood, FL: "Apple Cider Vinegar brought my blood pressure down in just 2 weeks. I’ve always had blood pressure in the low-normal range, but when I recently saw my doctor for allergy meds, it spiked to 140/98! I panicked, which obviously made things worse. I should have known something was up because my heart had been racing and pounding for a few weeks and I just felt 'off.' I started with a 2-day juice fast and drank the cider vinegar three times a day for 2 weeks. I was extremely strict about my diet (zero added salt) and ramped up my aerobic exercise. I also got back into my yoga and meditation. For the first 9 days, my pressure stayed high. But by the 2-week mark, it hit 113/79. Now, I'm sticking with the cider vinegar and keeping an eye on my salt. I'm eating strictly healthy. I feel fantastic! And NO MEDS!"
[Yes ] 04/15/2007: Carol from OKC, USA: "To Connie from Columbia City, IN: I also dealt with Hypothyroid disease (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis)—I had it for 15 and a half years. During that stretch, I found I had to take Vitamin E (starting with a low dose and building up because the initial effect can raise BP, though the overall goal is to lower it), Lugol's Iodine, a B-complex vitamin, separate B-5 (pantothenic acid) for stress management, and a high-protein diet. I hope this helps."
[Yes ] 04/04/2007: Harold from Atlanta, GA: "I suffered two strokes over the last seven years. I used to rely on herbs, but life gets in the way and I fell out of the habit. When I started taking ACV, my blood pressure was averaging 190/185. After starting the ACV, within three weeks, my blood pressure has stayed at 110/64 for the last three months. This is all without the various medications my doctor prescribed. I keep two different blood pressure kits on hand so I'm never caught off guard."
I also struggled with acid reflux, and it was so intense I couldn't get more than three hours of sleep at night without waking up.
Thank God for ACV. The medications I was prescribed stop my stomach from producing acid, which prevents digestion and leads to constipation. I switched to ACV and I've been sleeping like a log for the past few months. WHAT I TOOK MAY OR MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU BECAUSE EVERYONE'S BODY IS UNIQUE—YOU HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU TO GET THESE RESULTS. IT TRULY IS THE BEST THING YET!"

Nothing negative to report. I'm staying consistent with ACV twice a day, every single day. I honestly just wanted to say how great it is to see so many new faces here taking charge of their own health instead of just relying on man-made pills for everything. Real food can actually heal! On a side note—my father dealt with bladder cancer five years ago; they had to remove his bladder, but he’s doing well now. However, during his 5th annual check-up last month—yeah, they run so many tests!—he went to see his doctor for the results. After the great, almighty doctor declared him cancer-free for the fifth year straight (a huge milestone!), my 73-year-old dad, who struggles with macular degeneration, noticed something odd. The date on the paperwork was actually from last year, 2006! He pointed it out to the doctor, and apparently, they couldn't even find this year's actual results (we've been waiting two weeks). Even they make mistakes! Look, I’m incredibly grateful to the medical pros who saved his life, but you can't help but get a bit ticked off when errors like this happen. Be smart: ask questions, demand to see your charts, and keep a notepad handy. And don't forget to look into natural cures! Thank you Earth Clinic, Peace and good health to everyone"
[YEA] 02/10/2007: Jane from Odessa, TX: "I've been battling GERD, weight issues, and exhaustion for years. Once I learned about the medical discovery that Prilosec, Nexium, and similar drugs can actually prevent your bones from absorbing calcium, I got pretty spooked. So, I went hunting online for natural alternatives... and you were here! More than a week ago, I started the ACV and the mixture of hot water and baking soda. In just the first three days, I lost 5 pounds and my reflux vanished. It tried to flare up again later that first week, so I bumped up my ACV dose to a stronger concentration.
1/2 cup of ACV
1/2 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (1 x day)
Today I stepped on the scale again and I've lost 9 lbs! I am thrilled! On top of that, my blood pressure is stabilizing. The GERD is totally gone. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for this website! God bless you guys!"
YEA] 02/06/2007: Polly from Cordova, MD: "Good grief, it really works! It dropped my blood pressure by 64 points—from 181/129! If I miss my three daily doses, it starts climbing right back up. Also, about six months ago, I ran into acid reflux issues, but the vinegar (I use ___'s company) cleared it right up that very first night. Everything is fine as long as I stay on the ACV. I hope it works for you too."
[YEA] 01/30/2007: Linda from Springfield, OH: "For a week now, I've been taking a shot glass of ACV followed by a glass of water. My blood pressure readings are fantastic (low). I'm still on my medications for now, but I'm hoping to ditch them eventually. Also, using a 50/50 mix of ACV and hydrogen peroxide, my nail fungus seems to be clearing up. Any suggestions? Oh, and I'll definitely start adding the baking soda to the ACV—sounds like a brilliant move. This site is wonderful. Thank you"
[YEA] 01/15/2007: Connie from Columbia City, Indiana: "Ever since my hypothyroidism diagnosis around age 45, those easy 120/80 readings disappeared. Things steadily declined due to a high-stress job, aging, and so on—even though I've been a lifelong vegetarian, distance runner, and swimmer (and my father deals with resistant High Blood Pressure, too). I finally started meds about two years later, tried a few different types, but saw almost no improvement. I'm still on Co-Reg and Benacar, but I started using vinegar liberally on all my veggies every day—all varieties: apple, red wine, raspberry, you name it. Suddenly, my doctor clocked a reading of 118/80!!! With numbers like that, I'm planning to taper off my meds! Best part? I can't even stand to eat a salad without it now. I even occasionally sweeten the vinegar (using the bad stuff—artificial sweeteners)."
[YEA] 01/11/2007🙂Crystal from Memphis, TN: "I absolutely cannot live without my Morgan Wright42's Apple Cider Vinegar. Just three months ago, my doctor tried to push me onto blood pressure medications, but I flat-out refuse to take man-made drugs; I just don't buy into them. But since I started taking ACV, I haven't had a single issue with my blood pressure. Not one. I practice Tae Kwon Do, and I used to feel completely wiped out and short of breath—my heart would race and I'd get dizzy—but not anymore. I'm 35 and strong as an ox! I even use it as a hair rinse. It makes my hair so soft, and it looks and feels incredibly clean. Plus, I’ve actually noticed my hair seems to grow faster since I started using it. I use it on my body and my face, too. My face is clear, glowing, and smooth. I used to deal with breakouts constantly—pimple here, pimple there, dark spots everywhere! Guess what? Nothing left on my face now! My skin is perfectly clear and beautiful. I even use it in my bath! Oh my goodness, it cleanses my body so well and helps my dry skin. I soak in it once a week. It is awesome! I also drink ACV with honey every day and I feel fantastic! I've tossed out all my man-made body products. I actually took an empty spray bottle that used to hold some well-known body spray from a 'secret' company and filled it with Morgan Wright42's ACV and half water. I spray it on my body after my nightly shower. I also took a jar that came with facial cleansing pads and a solution, poured that junk out, and added straight ACV along with clean pads; I clean my face with that every other night. Everyone thought I was going overboard until they saw the results—now my whole family is obsessed! I love it! I love it! I love it!"

[YEA] 01/02/2007: Bill from Dayton, OH: "I am one of those people who believes drug companies aren't trying to cure diseases—they're just trying to invent drugs to CONTROL them so we're stuck buying them for life. After my doctor had me wear a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours, he told me my levels were high and put me on Micardis. Then, two months later on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 5-06, I suffered a stroke. I wish I could give you specific numbers and readings, but I don't have them. Fourteen years ago, I was told I was diabetic and needed to manage it through diet, which I never really did. Anyway, after the stroke, my doctor had me get blood work done for basically everything sugar-related. He told me the numbers were bad across the board. Then, a friend mentioned Apple Cider Vinegar. Even though it isn't exactly a delicious drink, I started having a serving of Heinz ACV every morning. That was about six months ago. At my last doctor's appointment, while reviewing my latest blood sugar test, he actually asked how much I was exercising because my blood pressure was good, and so were all my sugar numbers—plus, I'm almost under 200 pounds for the first time in... well, forever. I'm currently at 203, down from a high of 232, and I haven't changed a single thing in my lifestyle. I haven't even exercised regularly since I gave up softball at age 46 four years ago. ACV has made a believer out of me. Now, if I could just pour it on my head and regrow my hair."
[YEA] 11/27/2006: Jennifer from New York: "I stumbled upon this site recently. I've been searching for natural ways to bring down my cholesterol and blood pressure without needing to pop a bunch of pills every single day. It never crossed my mind that my father's old remedy for curing his kids' illnesses would also serve to prevent high blood pressure. For as long as I can remember, my father drank a 12-ounce mug of honey and Apple Cider Vinegar in hot water every day. His cholesterol and blood pressure were never high; they were always normal. He did pass away several years ago from a heart attack, but that wasn't caused by cholesterol or blood pressure—it was due to pneumonia, which he battled every year for about 15 years. Even today, when I'm feeling a bit under the weather, I make myself a cup of honey and vinegar. I made this for an ex about 3 or 4 years ago. He couldn't believe how much better he felt within 45 minutes of drinking the honey and ACV. He was a total skeptic, but he was absolutely amazed."

I started taking the ACV and—lo and behold—my next bloodwork was the best it has been in 5 years! IT ALSO HELPS CHOLESTEROL."
[YES] 03/26/2007: Nancy from Miami, Florida: "My neighbor told me the amazing news about how stable her Blood Pressure was thanks to Apple Cider Vinegar. I wasn't buying it, so I did some digging online and stumbled upon this site. After reading all these incredible posts about how this simple liquid could fix so many ailments, I ran out and bought a bottle of organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Three days into taking the vinegar—mixed with honey and passion fruit juice—I saw my doctor and my Blood Pressure was 200/90. Regardless, I stuck with the vinegar mixture (which, by the way, tastes great with the passion fruit) and adjusted my salt intake. I have one kidney, and while it's working fine, I still need to protect it. Still, I insisted on giving the vinegar a chance to prove itself. I had another reading 5 days later. My Blood Pressure last night was 113/70! I have never in my life seen such a low reading, even with Blood pressure medications. I practically jumped for joy—I almost cried! I even snapped a photo of the reading because I was so pumped. I told my doctor I had started taking the vinegar; he didn't even blink—he actually took me off my cholesterol medication and wants to re-check me in three months. I guess he must know about Apple Cider Vinegar! Hahaha! I am looking forward to trashing the medications soon! I feel vibrant, happy, and agile. I'm spreading the word. Thanks a million for all the great info you provide to those trying to ease their ailments!"
[YES] 03/25/2007: Len from London, Ontario, Canada: "I tried ACV to help with the gout in my right big toe—the pain was getting unbearable. I found the Earth Clinic website, read the reports on using ACV for gout, and decided to try it. To my shock, it worked! After taking 2 tablespoons mixed with water three times a day after my meals for just one week, I saw results. In fact, after only 2 days, I noticed the pain wasn't as bad. I also realized my right knee, which had been giving me trouble for over 8 months, was improving; I can bend it fully again! I honestly thought my knee was finished and was about to head to the doctor. On top of that, my Blood Pressure, which was slightly high, is now well within the normal range. I can't believe the medical profession doesn't know about this—all that wasted time and money spent on these issues could be solved with a simple remedy like ACV. Many thanks to the Earth Clinic website and ACV. Len from London, Ontario"
[YES] 03/13/2007: Ginger from Escondido, California: "My doctor told me I had High Blood Pressure and wanted to put me on meds. I was hunting for an alternative to medication and came across this website. I read about what Apple Cider Vinegar could do and decided to try it. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. Man, was I surprised. I've been taking it for 10 days now and have seen my Blood Pressure drop from 158/91 to 137/75. I'm looking forward to seeing it drop even further the longer I stay on it. I've been taking ACV twice a day—two tablespoons in a shot glass followed by warm water. Thanks for your website and all the information."
03/08/2007: Joe from Berkley, MA: "Well, my doctor told me I've got hypertension—Blood Pressure is sitting at 145/99. He put me on meds last year and they worked fine initially. Now? He’s claiming it’s still too high, so he's upping the dosage and adding a second medication to the mix. To top it off, he says my cholesterol is through the roof at 266. I was doing some digging online and stumbled upon this site discussing ACV. So, as of today, I've started taking it. 3/08/07—I'm looking forward to getting off the meds sometime soon. I'll stay in touch and let everyone know how it goes. thank you"

I honestly don't know how to thank you enough—for nearly a month now, my kids have been taking this mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar, honey, lemon, and baking soda, and it is truly working. I've stopped all medications; even though her coughs and colds persist due to allergies, she is finally sleeping soundly at night. On top of that, ACV has been a lifesaver for me personally. I deal with hypertension and was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, but after nearly a month on ACV, my blood pressure dropped to 110/75. Also, my amylase levels—which hit 133 (well above the normal 40-110 range)—dropped to 111 today, which is nearly back to normal. I'm sticking with the ACV and will keep you updated. Thank you so much for this incredible site. I'm praying more people find this and benefit from it. May God continue to shower you with blessings. God bless you and your
YEA] 02/14/2007: Debra from Elkhart, TX: "Okay, so I've been reading up on High Blood Pressure—which I have—and decided to pick up some ACV. I headed to the grocery store, mixed 2 tablespoons with water, and drank about half of it. It actually stung my stomach at first; I think I probably needed more water. But then, about 30 minutes later, I realized my anxiety had just... vanished. For the past week, I've been in a total panic over my High Blood Pressure after finding out about it just last week. I even ended up in the emergency room two nights ago because of it, and they told me it might just be anxiety. Well, this stuff stopped it dead in its tracks. I had no idea it could do that. I did some research, and sure enough, it can curb anxiety. Praise God. Now, I'm just waiting for my blood pressure to drop. I'm already blown away. I actually feel happy. I never feel happy. I've been struggling with depression for a long time."
[YEA] 03/20/2005: Becky from Orange: "I use a 1oz shot glass with a bit of water as a chaser. I started taking a shot of Vinegar, a Vitamin C tablet, and a garlic gel cap for elevated Blood Pressure and to lower cholesterol. My Blood pressure medications had terrible side effects. An older gentleman—around 70—who lives in my town shared his secret (when asked) for looking fantastic after looking pretty rough just a few months prior. This was his personal routine. He was on Blood pressure and cholesterol meds that were absolutely draining the life out of him. So, he took the other path, and now he looks great—and more importantly, he feels great. I'm following his lead, and I'm also one week smoke-free."

[YEA] Yes ] Tony from Cazenovia, New York: "I've been taking Apple Cider Vinegar and honey for about 20 years. (My teeth are perfectly fine.) My diastolic Blood Pressure used to be in the low 90s, and I brought it down to the 70s without any medication. I'm a firm believer."
[YEA] 11/24/2006: Nick from Tasmania, Australia: "Hi everyone. My family generally deals with high Blood Pressure as they age. I'm a 47-year-old male and was hitting marginal/high levels—150/90 Blood Pressure. I stumbled upon this site on August 11... three months ago... Since then, I've started drinking about 4 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in orange juice every single morning.
Just had my checkup at the doctor's today, three months later... and I'm at 130/80. I'm seriously impressed. I even tried the cayenne pepper gargle for a sore throat... it actually works!! I love the concept of drug-free home remedies."

[YEA] 11/16/2006: Paula from Portales, NM: "I was researching the benefits of ACV. Years ago, I put together a recipe containing ACV, grape juice, and apple juice. This recipe was for my mother, but I was drinking it too; it made me feel wonderful, and it lowered my mother's Blood Pressure! Her doctor told her to stop taking it because he thought it sounded like witchcraft, but she kept going, thinking, 'It's working, isn't it!' I stopped taking it after Mom passed away, but after reading up on it and finding that exact same recipe again, I'm starting up once more! I'm especially eager to see if it helps my acid reflux! Thank you all."
[YEA] 11/07/2006: Norma from Lubbock, TX: "Several months ago, my Blood Pressure started spiking. It was usually low, but it hit 180/102. The doctor called in top specialists. I found this website and saw ACV pills, so I've been taking them for 3 weeks now. My Blood Pressure this morning was 111/77. It stays right around that level every day. I am so incredibly happy I found this site and ACV; two more of my friends have started taking them too."
[YEA] 10/16/2006: Wayne from Umhlanga Rocks, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa: "Apple Cider Vinegar has cured my high cholesterol, high Blood Pressure, and gout. Two tablespoons in a glass of cold water every morning. This is truly God's gift to humanity. You will never need another pill, ever. By the way, the gout was actually caused by the pills my doctor prescribed (rosuvastatin 10 mg). It's such a joy to be able to share this good news. God bless you all."
[YEA] 10/03/2006: Radha from Dallas, TX: "Hi, I suffered from severe preeclampsia due to high Blood Pressure during my pregnancy. My Blood Pressure nearly hit 180/105, and even after giving birth, I dealt with the same issue for months, hovering in the 150/100 range. Later, I was diagnosed with chronic hypertension. One day, I accidentally stumbled onto your website, discovered the health benefits of ACV, and decided to give it a shot. After four long years of high Blood Pressure, to my absolute amazement, my Blood Pressure hit 100/59. My husband couldn't believe it either. All thanks to Apple Cider Vinegar. (I used Morgan Wright42's organic ACV)."
[YEA] 08/27/2006: Kelvin from Charlotte, NC: "PRUNE JUICE AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CURED MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND CLEARED THE TOXINS OUT OF MY BODY AND COLON. TRY IT—IT REALLY WORKS."
[YES] 08/24/2006: N.I from Monrovia, CA: "I would definitely give Apple Cider Vinegar a try in reducing blood pressure. Just by taking it a few days I do see a difference in my BP... although I don't know if I can totally attribute it to the vinegar. I have also been doing fresh garlic cloves, exercising (and losing weight), and doing an herbal formula I found online. I figure, if you're going to try reducing your BP naturally, you might as well incorporate as many methods as possible. Also, with the Apple Cider Vinegar, try to buy a brand that is unpasteurized like the Bragg brand. Good luck and may God bless and guide anyone suffering from any ailment to a natural cure."
Yes ] 08/17/2006: Anita from Baguio City, Philippines: "Last year I dealt with high Blood Pressure almost every single day. Even though I kept taking my prescriptions, the numbers wouldn't budge—so I decided to try Apple Cider Vinegar after hearing my daughter talk about its benefits. I did some digging online and realized just how incredible it is. After just two weeks of drinking Apple Cider Vinegar—no honey or sugar added, because I actually enjoy the taste—my Blood Pressure is back to normal. Honestly, I feel fantastic, almost like my system has been flushed clean of toxins. I’m going to stick with the Apple Cider Vinegar to keep reaping these health benefits, and I’m definitely telling my friends so they can try it too. Much respect to ___'s company."
[Yes] 08/14/2006: Sheriff from Atlanta, GA: "A buddy mentioned ACV might help bring down Blood Pressure... and MAN, DID IT WORK! I've been dealing with sky-high Blood Pressure for two weeks straight. After testing two 400mg tablets yesterday, my levels plummeted from 180/131 to 116/82! IT'S A MIRACLE!"
[Yes] 06/16/2006: Cecilia from Strongsville, OH: "I've struggled with chronic lower back pain for years, but after taking ACV twice daily for a month, I've noticed a massive shift. I used to be so limited in what I could do, but now I'm back to doing pretty much anything. To top it off, while I was at my doctor's, I discovered my Blood Pressure had dropped from 124/80 to 116/68. Back in January, 2006, I was diagnosed with acid reflux and ended up on daily pills. Since starting the ACV, I haven't needed a single medication for the reflux. I'm even convinced it's helping my allergies. This truly is a miracle cure."
[Yes] 06/08/2006: Mary from NSW Australia: "I just finished reading your page about how ACV helps lower Blood Pressure, so I decided to test it out. Within 10 minutes, my reading dropped from 146/91 with a pulse of 82 at 10:05 PM, down to 138/80 with a pulse of 83 at 10:15 PM."
[Yes] 05/29/2006: Sandra from Savannah, GA: "I tried everything—Garlic, ACV, all those 'superfoods' people suggest for HBP like celery and bananas. I was getting so frustrated because my Blood Pressure would spike during certain situations. Since leaving trucking school, it has dropped from 169/110 to 159/98 in just two days. I knew something was off because I don't usually deal with this. On top of that, being an African-American woman, the doctors were incredibly quick to push medication on me—which I shut down immediately! Get well, stay well, everybody."
[Yes] 05/25/2006: Sonia from Lawrenceville, GA: "I was recently diagnosed with HBP and was prescribed two different medications. However, the ACV brought my Blood Pressure down, and honestly, what really pulled me through was Prayer. God is a healer; our bodies weren't meant to endure sickness, and by His stripes, we shall be healed."
[Yes] 05/16/2006: Edmund from Baltimore, MD: "At my last physical in March, my Blood Pressure was 139/90. After stumbling upon this website, I figured I'd give ACV a shot. I actually stopped taking my Blood pressure medications about a month and a half ago and have been sticking strictly to ACV and garlic. I take 2 tablespoons of ACV mixed with a bit of spring water along with two garlic capsules that I buy bulk and fill myself. I went to the nurse's office this morning to get my Blood Pressure checked, and it was 124/77. I was floored, to say the least. I try to watch my diet, but I know for a fact it was the ACV and garlic because I had already changed my eating habits back when my Blood Pressure was higher. I'm sending this link to everyone I know. I've been preaching the wonders of ACV to anyone who will listen!!!"
[Yes] 03/11/2006: Ingrid from Fort Walton Beach, FL: "Apple Cider Vinegar is a fast, dependable way to tackle high Blood Pressure. I had a reading of 166/102 just 30 minutes ago, and after taking 3 or 4 tablespoons of ACV with water, it's already down to 143/86. Give it a try—it works."
[Yes] 02/01/2006: Donna -- Guatahi Cherokee Indian NC: "I found this site while searching for a natural way to lower my husband's Blood Pressure, which was sitting at 166/90. He had a portion of his lung removed after we were in a car accident and he was diagnosed with stage 1 lung cancer. Since we are both Native Americans, I wanted something natural, so I got it and tried it on him, myself, and our 24-year-old daughter who deals with asthma. We started this past Sunday and the next day I didn't feel bloated like usual, so I mentioned it at work. People just stared at me, so I ended up printing this out! By Tuesday morning, I was feeling more energetic than ever. Once my coworkers saw the info and read this site, about 20 of them headed out to grab ACV. As of 1/31/06, my husband's Blood Pressure is 150/80 and he says he feels like he could 'jump rope.' Between this and a diet of fresh veggies, lean meats, and very low sodium, it's working wonders. Since Sunday, I've lost 5 pounds and my hair—which is waist-length—has stopped falling out. It's such a relief to comb my hair without seeing it everywhere. Thank you all so much. [Yes ] 11/23/2005 : Carlene from South Africa: "I decided to experiment by adding 1 tablespoon—chased down with water—first thing in the morning after breakfast and again in the evening after my meal, just to see if it would make a dent in my High Blood Pressure. Within less than a week, I started feeling incredibly dizzy and pretty weak. I checked my Blood Pressure and it hit 102/66... which is EXTREMELY LOW compared to the 130s/90s I've been stuck with for years while taking my medication daily. I actually stopped taking my Blood pressure medications and began checking my pressure 3 times daily; now, it stays consistently in the 120s/70s. I am absolutely floored. I’ve been using supplements—fish oil, garlic, Vitamin E, flax—alongside my prescription for ages, and I haven't changed that. The only thing I can point to for this massive shift? Adding Apple Cider Vinegar!"
[YEA] 09/02/2005: Jaime from Birmingham, AL: "Woke up with a headache, checked my Blood Pressure and it was sky-high. Mixed up some ACV, and about 10 minutes later, I checked it again—it had dropped 10 points on both the top and bottom numbers. THANKS"
[YEA] 10/06/2007: Alice from Lincoln, CA: "I was feeling absolutely terrible in so many ways—mostly due to anemia—when I stumbled upon this site. But the biggest issue was my high blood pressure and this sudden, aggressive water retention that made me feel like I was going to burst. My doctor put me on medication, obviously, but it wasn't doing a thing (I was averaging 160/95 despite the pills). I decided I needed to try something else instead of just letting him crank up the dosage; plus, I kept wondering why this was even happening to me in the first place.
I’d actually used ACV back when I was a teenager to deal with winter arthritis and sore throats, but the memory had faded. Once I read about it here, I jumped right in: 2 tablespoons of ACV, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and a little agave nectar for sweetness, all stirred into a mug of hot water. Within a couple of hours of that first mug, I was up and moving, feeling significantly better. My grown son could not believe the transformation. He actually dropped by for a visit right as I was sipping that first dose, and the change happened right before our eyes. I'm so relieved he was there to witness it, so I know I'm not just losing my mind. I kept at it at least twice a day. The first night I felt so good in my skin—it was wonderful. It took a few weeks to eventually come off the blood pressure medications; I hadn't been on them long before starting the ACV, so I don't think I'd become fully dependent yet. That said, anyone looking to change their blood pressure medications needs to be extremely careful—your doctor really ought to monitor you. As for the water retention, it improved steadily every single day and finally vanished after a couple of weeks. My last BP reading at the doctor's office was 135/85, which isn't bad at all.
Most amazingly, and totally unexpected, the hot flashes that had hit me with such vengeance alongside the high BP completely vanished after that first mug. It took me a day or two to truly register it, but I haven't had one since—not ONE single hot flash. They had been coming at me nearly every hour, and believe me, they were intense.
I waited quite a while before posting this, but it's been over five months now, and I still have my daily mug, even when I'm traveling (though I hate leaving my organic ACV behind in hotel rooms because flying with it is such a hassle). My digestion feels better and things are definitely more regular, though I wouldn't have called it a problem before. Overall, it just boosts my sense of well-being. I can tell immediately if I miss a day—I just feel "off."
I should mention, though, that sometimes the ACV doesn't sit well with me. It hits my stomach strangely, leaves me feeling hollow, and occasionally makes me feel warm—not quite a hot flash, but not exactly pleasant for someone who has dealt with so many of them. I don't know why it happens, but I push through it, even if I just dilute it more or use cooler water. It's always worth it. After reading more, I think I'll try the baking soda in water alone, or maybe lemon juice with baking soda in water, next time the ACV doesn't sound appealing.
Thank you all so much for this site. I am determined to keep trying these things until I feel like the person I remember being—someone who felt truly healthy and capable."
[YEA] 08/08/2009: Fabat50 from LA, CA: "ACV and a healthy diet cured my HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Thank you for this website! I'm hooked too, and I've got the whole family on ACV—the results are incredible. We do 2 tablespoons mixed with 3 to 6 oz of V8, once or twice a day. The most impressive case is my mother; she was in absolute agony!! Nightmares, exhaustion, incontinence, depression—she was on 10 prescription medications, and the side effects were brutal. She was suffering through everything! This was the root of her misery!! After a few months of ACV, a 50% raw food diet, lean protein, fish oil, and garlic tablets, she has lost 25 lbs. Her BP is now 130/78 on some days, sometimes even lower. She's down to ONLY one and a quarter blood pressure prescriptions, and her doctor is currently weaning her off them—which is a bit of a struggle, considering she was originally on 4 blood pressure medications. Her blood sugar is stable, and SHE FEELS GREAT!"
[YES] 10/21/2008: Albert from Ottawa, Ontario: "After seeing so many glowing reviews, I figured I’d give it a shot. I’m a lean, healthy engineer, but I started Prozac for anxiety a few months back. Since then, my blood pressure has jumped from normal right up to the 138-145/87-95 range. Since I'm 48, my doctor suggested it might just be aging—implying I might eventually need meds for it. I did some digging, stumbled upon this site, and saw all the talk about ACV. Figured I had nothing to lose. I actually enjoy vinegar and olive oil in my salads anyway. Out of all the ways to take ACV, I picked the method that sounded most logical to me: half a glass of water, 2 tablespoons of ACV, and 1/4 tablespoon of baking soda. I’ve been doing this three times a day—early in the morning before breakfast, about 1 hour after lunch, and 1 hour after dinner. I figured an empty or semi-empty stomach might work better. Some people might hate the taste, but I can handle it just fine. Honestly? The results after just 10 days have been nothing short of impressive. I monitor my pressure a couple of times a day, and it’s definitely trending down. I had one single spike around the fourth day, but for the last five days, I've been sitting at 120-125/70-75. So, my advice? Give it a go—you might be pleasantly surprised."

My blood pressure on Tuesday was 149/94. I saw the posts here about ACV and baking soda, so I mixed two tablespoons of ACV with 1/4 tablespoon of baking soda in a full glass of water. Checked my pressure about three hours later; it was down to 124/79. Wow—and I feel significantly better, too!
I had to practically chug it, but it was absolutely worth it."

A drop of 20 in a few months I think is quite amazing. The only thing that I've been doing different is taking 2 tablespoons of ACV and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Anyway, I’m 74 years old, and ten years back, my Blood Pressure was sitting at a scary 180/120. My doctor put me on Atenolol at 50mg/day, which managed to bring it down to around 145/90. Over the last two months, I’ve been doing an Apple Cider Vinegar maintenance dose three times a day, and my Blood Pressure has dropped to 120/89, then 115/80, and just yesterday it hit 112/60. Is that great???"
Question: Do I need to keep taking ACV? Will my BP stabilize, or should I stop before it gets dangerously low?
Since I started using Apple Cider Vinegar, I feel like a new person—totally revitalized and active. On top of that, I’ve already lost 4 lbs, and surprisingly, some of my hearing has actually come back. I currently rely on two hearing aids. If anyone has any helpful insights or advice, please share!

I jumped into this hoping it might tackle my various aches and pains and help me manage my weight. Now, I’m not exactly the type to obsess over the scale, but I definitely noticed I felt more energetic and mentally sharp once I started the ACV. What caught me completely off guard, though, was checking my blood pressure at a drugstore this morning while I was out running errands. It had dropped down to 116/65—and that was even after walking around with my heart pounding! For the past year, it had been sitting steadily around 130/87 (it was a pretty biochemically stressful year for me). I was actually planning on getting back on Niacin (vitamin B3) since it's so great for cardiovascular health, but honestly, if Apple Cider Vinegar works this effectively on Blood Pressure, I’m going to tell everyone I know."
I was sitting there at the drugstore using their blood pressure machine and—holy cow—I was absolutely floored. How on earth does something work this fast?! I practically ran home and dove straight onto the Earth Clinic website to see if anyone else had experienced this with blood pressure and ACV. I honestly had no clue it even worked for blood pressure! Two thumbs up for ACV... WOW.
I stumbled upon this on a certain American Reddit thread. You have to use raw apple cider vinegar—the kind with that cloudy sediment at the bottom of the bottle that looks like sludge. Some folks claim it’s bad for your teeth, so the trick is to drink it through a straw. Stick the straw way back toward your throat. Two tablespoons in the morning and two at night. Here are the comments from the forum.

I always thought I just had White Coat Syndrome, but that wasn't the case—I was actually diagnosed with High Blood Pressure (reading 160/100) in May. I want to try some natural remedies instead of relying on pills, especially since I'm already on medication for high cholesterol. I found this incredible site for natural remedies. I started taking ACV on Aug. 14 (that was the same day I had a cardiac stress test and my BP was 165/110), and within 4 days, my BP dropped to 133/88. Honestly, I'm stunned by the results, thanks to Earth Clinic!"
How I take ACV? After scouring almost every single page on this topic, I decided to take it like this:
3tbls (0.8 oz) of ACV and 1 tbls of honey mixed in
8-10 oz of warm water. I take it in the morning and at bedtime.
That's it"
10/13/2012: Connie Sue from Duncan, OK, USA replies: "Gloria, I've had huge success too—in just 3 days. I had been feeling exhausted, weak, and dealing with headaches for days. Actually, for months! I check my blood pressure constantly because both my mother and sister struggle with high blood pressure that isn't managed well by their meds. I've been borderline for years. I finally worked up the nerve to check, and I was floored to see it was 196/115. I don't usually go to the doctor, but I knew this was serious. It was on Thursday. I decided to give ACV a shot. I drank 1 tbls with lime juice in about a half cup of water. I did this twice on Thursday, but my pressure stayed above 190/105. I took the vinegar once yesterday morning; I didn't check my pressure, but I still felt terrible. This morning I took a dose, and an hour later I checked my pressure. I noticed I felt better. Pressure is 145/90. I am so relieved. I'll be checking my pressure daily now and continuing to drink Apple Cider Vinegar daily. I really hope to see these numbers keep dropping to normal. Thanks Earth Clinic!"
Yes ] 01/05/2012: Newshed from Minneapolis, MN: "Last Thursday I had my BP taken and it was 164/104 at 6 AM. I waited 10 minutes for a retake and it had gone to 160/107. I donate plasma and have done so on and off for years, so I know what these numbers mean. There have been other times over the last few months where it hit 159/99 or 165/103 and so on. I suffer from neuropathy in my feet, which can be incredibly painful, and I had taken 2 ibuprofen and 2 acetaminophen around 4 AM because my feet were hurting so much. I like donating plasma to make some extra cash during the week, and I know people who rely on it; even if it's not my own, my friends have nurses come to their homes to handle the medical stuff. I couldn't donate that day, which sucked, so I sat in my car, hopped on the internet via my phone, and found this site. That morning before work, I rushed to the store and grabbed ___'s ACV—thank goodness Byerly's opens at 6 AM. I got home, told my wife, and started ASAP."
Personally, after reading several pages and posts, I decided to take 3 tablespoons twice a day. I mix it with Apple juice and a tiny spoonful of that thick, gooey honey my wife keeps. It's only been 4 days and I went to donate again at 6 AM (I like to be first so I'm out by 7:15), and get this—my BP was 149/89. A fluke? Who knows, but even the lady who usually screens me commented on how low it was today, and she said my iron levels were excellent—the best she's seen. Now, it hasn't done anything for my feet, but I definitely feel like my appetite has improved too. So, thank you to all you kind people who helped; I'm an ACV drinker now!"

11/08/2012: Naila from Los Angeles, California replies: "For those using ACV, please remember that you absolutely must brush or rinse your mouth after EVERY use. For anyone who has dealt with tooth or crown issues, this was likely the primary culprit (unless there were other dental problems involved). The benefits of ACV far outweigh this one 'side effect'... but if you're careful, there shouldn't be ANY side effects."
10/07/2011🙂arenann from Houston, TX, USA: "I've only been using ACV for a little while and my BP has already dropped. I used to dread getting my readings checked at the doctor's office because they were sky-high—usually sitting around 150/98 or something in that ballpark.
I've been on High Blood Pressure medications for years. But since I started mixing two tablespoons into four ounces of grape juice, it’s down to 122/78. Honestly, it tastes pretty great in apple juice, too; you can barely even notice the ACV. I stick to the organic stuff. Thanks for this incredible website."

Yes ] 08/02/2011: Dave from Dillsburg, Pennsylvania: "I've been on the Apple Cider Vinegar train for a couple of months now. My blood pressure used to hover at 130/95, but after incorporating Apple Cider Vinegar, it's sitting at 122/80. I was floored by how good my numbers look now thanks to this. Thank you Earth Clinic for the info on this awesome site."
Yes ] 07/12/2011: Atane from Charlotte, NC: "I started taking ACV for my blood pressure about a month ago. I was on three different pills and my baseline was 150/80. Just left the doctor and my blood pressure is down to 130/80 in just one month—doing 2 tablespoons with 8 oz of water twice a day. I've managed to get off all my meds except for one. This stuff is absolutely remarkable. I don't go a single day without it... stay blessed."
Yes ] 03/17/2011: Margaret from Knoxville, TN replies: "For over two years, I've been taking one to two tablespoons of organic ACV mixed with a couple of teaspoons of good local honey and a bit of warm water first thing in the morning. I use it for several things. Before I started, I didn't actually have major blood pressure issues—it usually ran around 110/70 or maybe 120/70. However, after about six months on the ACV, it stays consistently at 100/60.
I actually originally turned to ACV to deal with rheumatoid arthritis pain because I'm not a fan of prescription drugs. The mixture of ACV, honey, and water handles the RA pain perfectly. You do have to keep up with the ACV to keep those blood pressure numbers down; if you quit, they'll start creeping right back up. That said, the ACV has so many incredible benefits for the body that I can't imagine stopping. One piece of advice, though: make sure you 'swish and swallow' with clean water after taking the ACV, otherwise it can be pretty brutal on your tooth enamel."
Yes ] 08/17/2006: Anita from Baguio City, Philippines: "Last year, I was dealing with high blood pressure almost every single day. I kept taking meds, but the BP wouldn't budge, so I decided to try apple cider vinegar after hearing about its effects from my daughter. I did some digging online and found out how amazing it is. After two weeks of drinking apple cider vinegar—no honey or sugar needed since I actually like the taste—my BP is normal and I feel fantastic, almost like my stomach has been flushed clean of toxins. I'm going to keep drinking it to keep reaping the benefits, and I'm telling all my friends to try it too."
[Yes] 08/14/2006: Sherri from Atlanta, GA: "A friend mentioned ACV for lowering blood pressure... and IT REALLY WORKED! I had extremely high BP for two weeks, and after trying 2 400mg tablets yesterday, my BP plummeted from 180/131 to 116/82! IT'S A MIRACLE!"
[Yes] 06/16/2006: Cecilia from Strongsville, OH: "I've struggled with chronic lower back pain for years, but after taking ACV twice a day for a month, I've seen a massive difference. I used to be so limited in what I could do, and now I'm back to doing almost anything. While I was at the doctor, I also discovered my blood pressure had dropped from 124/80 to 116/68. Back in January 2006, I was diagnosed with acid reflux and was stuck on pills every day. Since starting the ACV, I haven't needed any medication for the reflux. I honestly think it's helped my allergies, too. This truly is a miracle cure."
[Yes] 06/08/2006: Mary from NSW Australia: "I just finished reading your page about how ACV lowers blood pressure, so I decided to test it out. Within 10 minutes, my reading dropped from 146 over 91 (pulse 82) at 10:05 pm down to 138 over 80 (pulse 83) at 10:15 pm."
Yes ] 05/29/2006 : Sandra from Savannah, GA: "I tried everything—Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, all the usual suspects like celery and bananas to fight High Blood Pressure. Honestly, I was feeling pretty defeated because my 'situational' Blood Pressure was through the roof, which actually caused me to drop out of trucking school. But then—boom—it plummeted from 169/110 to 159/98 in just two days. I knew something was off because this isn't normal for me. To make matters worse, being an African American woman, the doctors were incredibly quick to push pills on me—which I shut down immediately! Get well, stay well, everybody."
Yes ] 05/16/2006 : Edmund from Baltimore, MD: "At my last physical back in March, my Blood Pressure was sitting at 139/90. Then I stumbled onto this site and decided to give Apple Cider Vinegar a shot. I actually stopped taking my Blood pressure medications about a month and a half ago and have stuck strictly to Apple Cider Vinegar and garlic. My routine? I take 2 tablespoons of ACV mixed with a bit of spring water along with two garlic capsules—I actually buy them loose and capsule them myself. I walked into the nurse's office this morning to get my Blood Pressure checked, and it was 124/77. I was floored, to say the very least. I watch my diet, sure, but I know for a fact it was the ACV and garlic—I’d already overhauled my eating habits back when my Blood Pressure was higher. I’m sending this website link to everyone I know. I’ve been preaching the wonders of ACV to anyone who will listen!!!"
Yes ] 03/11/2006 : Ingrid from Fort Walton Beach, FL: "Apple Cider Vinegar is a fast, reliable way to bring down high Blood Pressure. I had a reading of 166/102 just about 30 minutes ago; now, after taking 3 or 4 tablespoons of ACV with water, it’s down to 143/86. Just try it—it works."
