Anyone here have experience with Zoloft?
Hard to say for sure, placiddrifter19. You really need to run this by your doctor. It’s easy to throw words around on a forum like this, but none of us can actually give you the help you need... even though we all wish we could...
Sad is cool, honestly

Feeling any better?

You’ll get there. Just stick with my routine for another month and you'll see... If things still aren't looking up by then, definitely go see her.
And look, if you notice things getting worse in the meantime and you just can't handle it anymore, seriously, go get some help. You need to feel better, because dragging it out like this only hurts you, and that's the last thing you need...

Hold on a sec. You've got this... if you really want it, you can make it happen...

Great tip, shadowfox75!!! That’s how you do it... unlike me, currently sitting here with 20 extra pounds on the scale

Do I get a coffee too?

Timothy Wood38 said:I’ve actually found that Omega-3 fatty acids can be incredibly helpful when dealing with brain zaps—though, honestly, it’s a bit hit or miss. Sometimes you need much higher doses or more frequent applications throughout the day, and other times they just phase them out entirely. Still, I think it's worth a shot. St. John's Wort, either in tea or pill form, can be another option too. Worst case scenario, a doctor might bring Prozac (fluoxetine) into the mix to help smooth out the transition and avoid those nasty side effects from coming off other SSRIs with shorter half-lives.

Thanks for the info

It'll happen, don't even worry about it

shadowfox75 you’ve got guts, man... you can definitely pull this off. You aren't like us, we're all just scrawny haha

shadowfox75, hit me up

Nah, it's not even about that. I honestly don't have anything better to do than troll people who actually follow orders 🎉.

And obviously, I'm not lying. What would I even gain from that?

I'm just saying some days are better than others, but those orders you're talking about are just trash

Must be nice if that's your experience. Me and shadowfox75 are going through absolute hell every single day, but we'll get through it. Pretty sure we aren't the only ones either...

shadowfox75, how's it going today?

Checking back in again...
Things haven't changed, but they feel pretty awful...
Anyone else dealt with the struggle of tapering off meds?

shadowfox75 said:I get that, but making this many mistakes at work isn't ideal either. My bosses can tell something's off, but they aren't saying what. It’s even worse when those four are gossiping right next to me while I'm just sitting there trying to process everything... I feel like a total nutcase :-)

Don't talk like that, things will get better.
It's been really rough for me too, and honestly, I feel like I'm losing my mind. Everything feels so weird today, just extra heavy...

shadowfox75 said:This is rough. I have some Tylenol on hand, so I can manage, but honestly, it’s nothing to be surprised about. What you’re describing is actually listed as a symptom of withdrawal. I don't really know what else to tell you. We are going through this same mess, if you can believe it. I have no idea how long it's going to last. The worst part is trying to function at work. I've been overworking myself like a maniac. I think I'll call out tomorrow. I haven't taken a day off in nine months anyway. A break would probably do me good :-D. Then again, maybe staying busy is better. Staying home might just make me feel even more restless. So many questions, yet so few answers :-/

I thought about taking medical leave, but after talking it over with my husband and family, they told me it wasn't a smart move. They said when you're actually working, your mind stays focused on the task, which makes it a little easier—even though, just like you, I'm messing up constantly at work. Nobody has any clue what's going on with me, and I really don't want to tell them.
My head feels so bad I can't even describe it, and I'm struggling to fall asleep at night
