Leg injuries: fractures, dislocations, strains, and more... in Health · Dec 3, 2013

I took a hard hit to the shin. I can walk, but if I try to lift my leg, the pain is absolutely brutal. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to deal with this? Thanks in advance.
