They definitely aren't strong enough—my cramps are intense, sure, but they won't stand a chance against an Advil or some Alka-Seltzer . I actually went through a phase where taking the morning-after pill made everything regular and painless for about six months. Things have gotten a bit unpredictable since then, but the pain is way more manageable—so much so that I hardly need any meds at all now.
Exactly Watching this in a theater—it’s just panning the camera back and forth to fake some sense of momentum, though honestly, you can barely tell what's actually happening Better off just rewinding and fast-forwarding at home👍
I didn't really wrap my head around how the movie ended—like, Megatron just melting during that scene with the Cube did the energy just surge right through him? I've got some crappy, low-res version of the film at home, so I guess I'll have to rewatch the ending to make sense of it plus, I was kind of expecting everyone to merge with Optimus Prime, you know, like they did in the cartoons
If they called 300 the movie of the year, they were lying through their teeth this flick was actually great—I really enjoyed it went to the theater, but honestly? Not feeling it; I much prefer watching movies at home

Why would you think that? Are you talking about that bacteria that causes ulcers? I don't have any stomach pain or nausea at all!
Let me list some symptoms: I feel sluggish, I get tired easily—like when I'm just walking up a flight of stairs—and I feel short of breath. I'm pale, my hair is thinning significantly, especially when I brush it, and I've been having digestive issues and frequent bowel movements😳. Also, whenever I stand up too quickly, my vision goes dark or I get dizzy for a few seconds. It’s probably due to anemia... honestly, I can't think of anything else right now . I'm starting to panic because I've never had health issues before, at least not since I started high school. I'm 26 now. I used to be anemic back when I was just a teenager.
Laura Mendoza said:Oh, honey, you really are looking at the bottom of the barrel here... Regarding anemia, I’ve been dealing with it for years. My iron levels have always hovered around 3 or 4, and they’re exactly the same right now—I just got my lab results back yesterday. Since you didn't mention what your actual iron levels are, how am I supposed to know if that's the culprit? (I assume you're hoping that's the reason you're feeling anemic.)
I have no idea what my iron levels are. Despite how pale I look—I actually feel faint on the subway sometimes😁—my doctor didn't see any reason to order an iron panel when I went in for my blood work last time.😕
Jeffrey Reyes4 said:Look, anemia is usually just a side effect of a heart attack. You basically have to pin down the root cause, fix that, and then the anemia disappears. I don't know what else you're feeling, your age, or how you're holding up overall... but honestly, it’s probably some digestive issue that triggered it.
Don't sweat it, you'll get it sorted out!
I also suspect it’s linked to digestion. I read somewhere that an elevated sedimentation rate is a sign of inflammation somewhere in the body, and mine is definitely up.😲
And thanks for the kind words—I'm specifically talking about that last sentence.🙂
So, here’s the situation: My RBC is at 4.16, which is within range, but these numbers are low: HGB = 93 HCT = 0.299 MCV = 71.9 MCH = 22.4 MCHC = 311 (even though the lab says the range is 310-360, I read online that it should be 320-345)
My platelets and white blood cell counts look fine, but my eosinophils and basophils are low, even though my lymphocytes and monocytes are normal.
At the bottom of the report, it lists: Anemia 1+ Anisocytosis 2+ Microcytosis 1+ Hypochromia 1+ Poikilocytosis
Regarding the urinalysis, there's something noted about protein and urobilinogen, but I can't quite make sense of it since the reference ranges aren't clearly marked on the side. It also mentions 3-4 leukocytes, quite a few squamous epithelial cells, bacteria, and either salts or mucus—I can't decipher those parts either. I really didn't need this weekend. I have to go back for more blood work on Monday, so I've just been sitting here obsessively analyzing everything and panicking.😲
Lately, I've been having some digestive issues too; specifically, I've barely had any urge to use the bathroom at all. Could intestinal bacteria have spread further?
