Paul Anderson14 said:When we're talking about who truly owns the throne in R&B, I really feel like Usher deserves that title; he’s such an incredible vocalist and dancer, he has that magnetic charisma, and he’s always been willing to experiment by blending in other genres, which he handles beautifully. That said, these two new tracks feel a bit middle-of-the-road to me. He can definitely do better, though I will say this new one is a step up from Good Kisser. Climax >>>>> >>>>>

👏👏👏

Climax really captures that classic vibe of his...
I'm curious if anyone else caught the music video for Moving Mountains? Personally, I usually find myself appreciating an artist more for their overall discography rather than just a single visual... although, I have to admit, once you get home and feel a little... "different"... 🙂😁 and take a moment to really sit with the imagery of that video, it all starts to make sense...

It feels like it might be a struggle for him to recapture that specific magic from the Confessions era, especially since R&B seems to be slowly fading from the mainstream spotlight... but I'm still holding out hope! ^^

Trey Songz... the legend himself... I’ve been listening to him since the very beginning. That track "Can't Help But Wait" just hits different—it really touched my soul... He honestly has such an incredible catalog of songs... he's truly one of a kind... 😍😍 ...
I find myself feeling somewhat caught right in the middle...
Wonder Woman...
I honestly find myself thinking about this quite often lately... there’s just something about that feeling of being completely satisfied after a truly incredible meal, isn't there? It’s more than just fuel; it’s an experience that stays with you!

Does anyone else here experience issues with sleep? Perhaps waking up frequently during the night or something along those lines...?
To give you an idea of my own situation... Sometimes I find it difficult to fall asleep, though that is actually the lesser of two concerns. For the last five or six years, I don't think there has been a single night where I haven't woken up at least two or three times—and I am not exaggerating. It seems I wake up roughly every three hours or so. Usually, I just stir in my sleep, and in about 90% of these instances, I am able to drift back off quite quickly... Additionally, I often find that if the previous day was exceptionally draining, or if I happen to go to bed quite late, I might only sleep for about four hours before I am done for the night. On those specific days, I don't really struggle with fatigue, but generally speaking, I do...
Furthermore, I do not have any psychological disorders; in fact, I have nothing clinically diagnosed (haha), though I must admit I have never actually consulted a doctor regarding this matter.

So, if anyone has had similar experiences, knows someone who has, or perhaps has some advice or even just a story to share... I would certainly welcome it...

So, here's the thing—many people wake up briefly during the night, and it’s actually just a physiological and psychological way for our brains to signal that we feel safe enough in our environment to drift back to sleep. It's a well-established fact, really... I'm honestly surprised you haven't looked into it yet!
I tend to wake up about three times a night, and it's always very brief, almost like my brain is doing a quick "safety check" before letting me fall back under. As for why that happens? Well, for me, it traces back to experiencing an earthquake when I was a kid, as well as the impact of the war🙄(even though it was far away from me, it still left its mark on my psyche)...
In reality, this is perfectly normal behavior... Though, I wouldn't recommend watching intense action movies, playing high-stakes video games, or anything else that sends your pulse racing (unless we're talking about sex, because let's face it, that's how guys work!), and sleeping on your back isn't exactly ideal either, especially for those prone tosleep paralysis
Maybe try sipping some warm milk? I've also heard it's helpful to listen to your body; if you're exhausted, you should probably just rest (except maybe when you're at work, though even then, a little break doesn't hurt😉 ).
P.S. Personally, thinking about sex helps me get a much more peaceful night's sleep. -.-' ahh...
Usher in Music ·
I’ve been following Usher since the 90s... even if people say he's just one clone after another, he’s honestly the only one whose style actually hits the spot for me. His album Confessions was an absolute masterpiece; I swear there isn't a single track on that record that I didn't love. But out of all his hits, I always find myself circling back to 😁 which is "U Remind Me."
Hmm... it’s happened to me a few times now... and let me tell you, it was anything but pleasant. The very first thing I want to say is, if this is happening to you for the first time, please don't panic—panicking just makes the whole experience ten times worse...
You just have to try to stay calm, close your eyes, and hopefully, you'll drift right off into sleep, only to wake up moments later realizing it was all just a dream... My very first encounter was nothing short of terrifying -.-' 🙂 ...So, it was midday, and I thought I’d just take a little *nap* 🙂 in my bedroom... Everything seemed perfectly normal until I opened my eyes and realized I couldn't move an inch... At first, I had no idea what was going on, but after a second, this wave of pure panic hit me. I tried to scream "Mom! Dad!" just like you would in a real nightmare, but there was simply no sound coming out... O.o. While I was scanning the room, I noticed a SILHOUETTE... and yes, it was a hallucination -.-' (I didn't notice anyone else mentioning seeing things)... Basically, this hallucination took the shape of a dog (something like a Doberman, but with these glowing red eyes, like something straight out of a horror movie or a bad nightmare)... It was lying on the other bed. Inside, I was praying it wouldn't see me because all I could think was: "IT'S GOING TO EAT ME!"
And OF COURSE, just like it always does in these stories, it spotted me... It lifted its head, gave me this look, pricked its ears up, and started crawling toward me... My heart was pounding so hard against my ribs I honestly thought it might jump right out of my chest 😲 . For a split second, I squeezed my eyes shut like a little kid (thinking if I just closed them tight enough, it would vanish!), but when I opened them again, it was still there—only this time, it was lying right next to me (I could even feel a slight weight on the mattress) and went back to sleep... Let me tell you, waking up from that was NOT fun!!! Later, I told my mother what happened, to which she simply replied
-"You really ought to go to church more often 🙂 , maybe go to confession..."
I mean, seriously, WHAT does the church have to do with this? She just laughed it off in the end... And then... it happened a second time in the living room while I was trying to rest my eyes 🙂 ...This time, I had this intense sensation that someone was standing right beside me, breathing down my neck. It felt even worse than the first time because I couldn't turn around to see who it was!?... But I was a bit calmer this time around, mostly because I realized it was sleep paralysis after I spent immediately following the first episode Googling everything, researching, and talking to people who had gone through similar experiences...
