Look, I'm not defending anything—I'm just saying those glasses aren't as sharp as you think they are. Or maybe your eyesight is just failing you. 😉

And since we're already on the subject of being overly dramatic, this whole thing reminded me of this one joke:

Two sperm cells are chatting, and one turns to the other and asks, "Hey, do you believe in life after the egg?"

dammit
when that shell of your personality finally cracks just enough to let something impersonal sprout through... ...or when you realize there's the exact same river flowing behind your "self" and his, and that this force, this Spirit, this power, just wants to shine a light on the lies in both of us...
Man, if we could just see through that tiny crack, we’d understand each other instantly. But it’s gonna take time. That’s just how it works.
We're searching for one another—that's the core of it. That's why the posts keep flying back and forth, why there's this constant push and pull. Sometimes it hurts, because yeah, it has to hurt, but that pain is what leads to the joy, the peace, and the new perspectives later on.

Exactly. To put it simply—other people often express better what I( 😁 ) think..😉

As if you’re even fully aware of all those little fragments inside you!
They retreat into the unconscious so fast just to keep your self-image from shattering into a million pieces, right?
That way, you can keep playing pretend and act like you're better than you actually are.
Look, just realize that, and you can toss every book ever written into a bonfire because you won't need them anymore.
Everything will click instantly—not just for you, but for the whole world around you.

Luckily for me, I’m perfectly aware of my own "fragments," as you call them.

For example, people on this forum love to pick at me: whether it's over the short term or long haul.😁

There are moments when I lose my cool and feel like smashing someone's head in, just like you say! 🤣

You?
You leave me completely indifferent.
See? And honestly, your stubborn obsession with proving your supposed "visionary status" to everyone on this board just makes me laugh.
Because you're lying to yourself and to us. Take all that advice you're dishing out and apply it to yourself first. Then maybe we can actually talk.

All this just proves that YOU are the one sleeping most deeply of all.

And yet, you're convinced you're wide awake.

The truth is, we don't have a choice here. We either wake up, or we get eaten alive by the wolves—it's an old parable, but it holds up:

And at the end of the day, everyone is on their own. Saviors only exist in sci-fi movies and holy books (which, let's face it, are basically the same thing).

Cheers!

Who exactly decides if you "wake up" or not? Huh, hollowfox38? Come on. Let's start with something basic, like waking up in the morning. Who pulls you out of bed?

Are you responsible for, say, stepping into the street right when a car blows through a red light and hits you?

Endless said:It’s not just that I see it—I feel it.
And don't you dare act like you're pleased about it!
How could you possibly be happy about something like this? 😕 😬

If you actually peeled back those layers of pretense, you’d realize you’re itching to come at me with a baseball bat right now just to crack my skull open.
Can you feel it? That surge of heat rushing to your head, pushing you to drop this thick mask of fake politeness even if just for a second? 😉
Recognize that part of yourself, because it’s vital!
That very same mask is what keeps you trapped in a spiderweb, whispering in your ear that living outside its control would be foolish.
There. Now you have a mirror. Look at your own words and you'll see that someone who truly prefers to "sit on the sidelines" doesn't write stuff like this.
God, the amount of assumptions you're making and pinning on me!

If you’re smart, you’ll realize this is a good thing.
If you aren't, you'll swing that bat, shatter the mirror, and realize you only ended up hitting yourself.
Sorry, but I'm not going to be touched by any of it.
Call me a provocateur, call me some internet troll; go ahead, try to get me banned or work your magic to get the Endless persona deleted entirely, but what does it actually matter?
The problem remains yours. You’re just brewing up new storms inside yourself because your inner sea isn't nearly as calm as you think—it’s going to stir up a new Endless eventually.

People love to imagine things. But honestly, I have to admit, I haven't run into anyone quite like you in a long time. Not since I dealt with those cult-like groups that tried to brainwash me and make me feel like I was "broken" during an identity crisis. 😁

Look, Endless, none of this happened to me. Nothing. I don't even have the slightest urge to crack your head open like you've so vividly imagined.

Because of that, I'm sticking to my guns: you clearly DON'T HAVE A CLUE what you're talking about.

You're just imagining things. It's worst-case fanaticism. Or, to use your own logic, my "self" is simply REFLECTING WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE IN ME. It's reflecting you. 😢

I just hope you don't take this kind of "brainwashing" to people who are actually vulnerable and looking for direction.
Like g. Pes said: you might have better luck if you aim lower.

hollowfox38 said:I think there’s definitely a purpose here, it’s just that an outsider wouldn't be able to see it for the reasons you mentioned. Personality is—well, it's just Personality.

So, what we're talking about is someone actually becoming—becoming their true inner self. That requires a total "personality bankruptcy" as the first step on the path toward that transition into the inner man.

Cheers!

That all sounds great, hollowfox38, but how exactly do you picture this "personality bankruptcy" working?
And who, or what, is actually going bankrupt inside you?
Do you honestly believe—and this is the core issue we keep circling back to—that your own free will or some conscious effort is what actually triggers that bankruptcy?

Jack Harris3 said:A fly's fate is to get swatted.
Before that happens, she’ll probably just torture herself trying to save some shred of dignity through denial. 😁
It's pure, unadulterated nonsense right until the very end. 😁

Look, the reality is that a fly—just like the rest of us—is eventually going to leave this physical body behind.

Whether that happens caught in a spiderweb, under a rolled-up newspaper, or just "naturally," nobody knows. Not even the fly itself.

Once you actually accept that fact, you can finally start living instead of acting like a fool pretending that moment is never coming.

And honestly? That is light-years away from what people usually mean when they talk about "accepting one's fate."

copperowl2 said:An outsider can't fight back alone.
The urge to break the net will never come from within them, because they're just a stunned fly.
Resisting the usurper, the Demiurge Logos, comes from WITHIN. It comes from the CORE, right where it exists and where it can still grow.
Since you don't know anything about that—because the CORE inside you is still held in the tight grip of the outer shell and its fake consciousness—of course the idea of breaking the web will seem completely pointless to you.
I don't even bother trying to prove anything to you (or anyone else, for that matter).
I'm fully aware that those who can actually accept this are EXTREMELY RARE.

If that's how you feel, well... 🙂

I'm actually impressed by how WELL YOU SEE what's happening inside me. It’s fascinating that you claim to see it SO CLEARLY, and without any effort, you BOLDLY ASSERT that some core of mine is being crushed by an outer shell.

What’s even more hilarious is that despite your "CLEAR VISION" of me, you haven't heard a single word of truth from what my self has actually written here, as Parsifal knows all too well. 😁

It also blows my mind that after all your heavy-handed lecturing, you have the nerve to shamelessly claim you aren't even thinking about proving anything to me or anyone else on this board. 🙂

And then there's the fact that you are FULLY AWARE that those who can accept your little philosophy are EXTREMELY RARE.

I assume you can point your finger at these "extremely rare" people?

Oh sure, they're the ones who agree with every single thing you type here. There's no other way to spot them, right? 🙂

My dear copperowl2, you are so copperowl2 in your parrot-like repetition of the same old stuff that, like most people, you resist anything that might suggest a different perspective. You're actually terrified to even think in a slightly different direction—God forbid your precious tower falls down!

Lest the spiderweb you've built so perfectly in your head suddenly rips at the seams or starts looking like something a spider on acid would weave. 😉

In all this chaos, you've found your own logos and you're clinging to it like a drunk clings to a lamppost. You claim you won't bother presenting it to others, using the excuse that
they won't get it anyway—or if they do, they're rare.

For what purpose?
Hopkins's Arrow in Spirituality ·
copperowl2 said:That whole natural cycle thing? It’s nothing but a spider's web!

Trying to "resist" that natural cycle is just getting caught in the web. Thinking you can somehow step outside of it using "free will" is just more web.
Accepting fate? Please. There is no such thing as accepting fate. You aren't fighting it, and you aren't agreeing to it. It just is.
Hopkins's Arrow in Spirituality ·
Once you finally realize that being born and dying are just two sides of the same natural cycle, all that suffering? It just evaporates. Look, we’re still going to fight, we’ll still celebrate, and yeah, we’ll still cry—but like > said, none of it actually touches us.

🙂

copperowl2 said:What would Paul Campbell3 do?
Wouldn't she fight back?

It’s just common sense—a fly caught in a spiderweb fights for its life. Like Jack Harris3 said, that’s just how nature works.

Look, I don't know what it's like to be a fly. But if I were stuck in a web right now and some spider was getting ready to devour me this very second? I'd fight. I'd fight with everything I've got. No thinking involved, just pure instinct.

You want the storm? You kill the peace...
You want apathy? You kill desire...
Every choice we make—every word, no matter how universal, absolute, or true it feels—will always bring destruction alongside creation. It gives to one and takes from another. Why? Because duality is born from that crack in consciousness at the very core of being, through which development
plays out in this world, in this nature...
The One became two just so it could become something deeper and fuller: the One again...

So how are we supposed to take action? How do you do something without causing harm or pain to someone else? Everything is dualistic, even radiation. Where do we get the nerve to even think
that we could ever embody pure love? Maybe we’ll always have to keep our eyes half-closed. Maybe it's easiest to just say, "I'm led by divine guidance; He speaks through me, so there is no 'me' and no 'you.' His will moves everything, and everything is His Grace," regardless of what I do...
But then, even in that harmony with the flow, we'll realize we're still resisting—just a little bit. Just enough to stay alive, or just enough to still call ourselves human. And
that's how the purification process keeps going. It never stops...
Even in what we call Eternity, Truth, Love, or God...
There is always gold, more gold... the sun of suns... love, more love... God, more God...
An endless road and eternally new mornings...

The answer is simple: just live.
Stay on this forum if you want, or bail if you’ve had enough—it doesn't matter. You aren't the same person who first logged on, and you won't be the same person when you finally leave.
Staying isn't your choice, and neither is leaving.

Good? Evil? Honestly, it's both.

Action vs. inaction—let me tell you a story:

There was once an old sage living by a riverbank.
A young woman from a nearby town got pregnant by her boyfriend. She didn't have the guts to tell the truth, so she blamed the old man instead.
Her furious parents stormed up to him, demanding he marry her since he'd supposedly made her a promise.
The old man didn't argue. He just agreed. He married her, raised the kid, changed the diapers.
Years later, the woman felt guilty and confessed to the elders that he wasn't actually the father.
When they asked him why he never fought back, what do you think he said?😉

There is no "your" decision. There is no "my" decision. There is no "you" or "me." That's the whole damn problem.

We don't have anyone to worship, least of all Logos. You can't do a single thing until Logos "decides" it's time to yank you out of your stagnation.

Your thoughts and my thoughts don't exist separately. Your words and my words don't exist separately. You *are* the thought. I *am* the thought. You *are* the word. I *am* the word.

So here's the kicker: who am I? Who are you? 😉

Goodnight.

vet said:copperowl2,

The whole point is that every "driver" isn't just responsible for the state of their "carriage"—they’re responsible for the state of their own consciousness and the direction they're heading.

People who end up somewhere they never intended to be have zero right to blame anyone else. You have a mind, and you have the responsibility to decide how to use it.

So, no matter what happens, excuses like "I didn't know" or "I thought..." aren't going to cut it.

Cheers!

🤣

My bad..

There's this interesting bit in the Egyptian Book of the Dead about the soul's journey to the afterlife and all the "monsters" it runs into along the way (just off the top of my head, I don't feel like digging through books right now to get the exact wording).

Basically, the soul meets a crocodile, and only the soul that recognizes that the crocodile *is* itself will bow down and move on.

Further down the road, it might run into an alien, and it'll be happy if it can just "remember" that the alien is actually itself.

In other words, your analogy about the driver, the horses, and the passenger is clearly pulled from The Bible, but the explanation feels shaky.

When the passenger realizes the driver is just a reflection—that the driver only "appears" to control those wild horses and only has an "apparent" ability to steer the carriage—then the passenger, the soul, finally relaxes in the back seat. They stop worrying about whether the horse is tame or wild, or how the driver is acting.

A passenger who thinks the driver is independent, or that the horses are under the driver's absolute control? A passenger who panics and shakes because the driver can't or won't rein them in? Or a driver who deludes themselves into thinking they're in charge, capable of calming the horses to "save" the passenger? That leads to all this nonsense about "aliens kidnapping people," "paths to conquer," "battles to fight," and all that other mental baggage.

To put it bluntly: the soul fails to recognize that it is the very alien doing the kidnapping.

The universe is governed by logos, not chaos.
Chaos exists within us because we fail to "recognize" the logos. We fail because we think our ability to perceive the logos depends on the driver and how well they can handle the carriage. 🙂

Man..

There's no middle ground here. You're either 🙏 all in, or you're ready to tear someone apart limb from limb! 🙂
