Why not give acupuncture a shot?😲
As I understand it, that field is strictly for physicians. You need an MD to practice. It should be used to address things like migraines, weight loss, and similar issues.😕
The World Health Organization actually recommends acupuncture, noting its effectiveness for various conditions, including migraines and different types of neuralgia. In the US, practice is generally restricted to licensed medical doctors. Clinical studies performed on animals have demonstrated that the analgesic effects of acupuncture are not merely a placebo effect. Roughly 80% of migraine sufferers respond well to this treatment.
By the way, acupuncture has found its niche in veterinary medicine as well; many US veterinarians incorporate it into their practice. While it isn't a cure for tumors or malignant diseases, it is highly successful at managing painful syndromes. Since most migraines are chronic, treatment is ongoing—patients typically require an annual course of 8 to 10 sessions. Migraines are often linked to hormonal shifts, such as puberty or menopause. Given that one theory suggests acupuncture works through the humoral system—essentially via the blood—it makes sense that it is particularly effective for these types of ailments.👍 😎
Constipation—basically an inability to go—paired with mood swings and hunger pangs from insulin spikes, plus all the usual side effects of vitamin C, A, and B-complex deficiencies, neurological issues, and heart palpitations from lacking potassium and sodium... you get the idea. I suspect the severity of these symptoms and ultimate lifespan varies by individual. Still, if caloric intake roughly matches expenditure, one could potentially live quite a while while facing a steady decline in health. It’s reminiscent of the survival conditions seen in historical concentration camps. For anyone considering this path, my first piece of advice is to stock up on plenty of cleaning supplies—for both your digestive tract and the bathroom.😁 👋
I heard one hospital is offering acupuncture treatments for certain neurological conditions...
What ailments have you managed to resolve through acupuncture?
Just white out the date, then write a new one in black ink. Might just work...
There’s a website dedicated to panic, depression, and OCD, www.anxiety-depression.50megs.com It’s a space for those of us dealing with these issues. I struggle with both OCD and panic disorder, though things have been much more manageable since I started an SSRI antidepressant.
