I couldn't agree more—you absolutely have to take breaks when you're on the pill. I was on them for five years straight, but I made sure to step off every five months without fail. Even back when I was single, I’d take a break every two or three months. Your ovaries need to actually do their job once in a while; it's just basic biology and necessary for your body to function properly. Smoking is incredibly dangerous, plain and simple. I don't smoke myself, but even without that, I used to get this intense, unsettling fluttering sensation in my chest all the time, especially right before my period while I was on the pill. It’s a miserable feeling.
Triquillar super👍 I didn’t deal with any side effects, which I guess means they're part of that "next generation" category people always rave about. Basically, out of all the recent options on the market, this is top-tier. Cilest sucks!!👎 👎 👎 It left me with lifelong trauma.
It’s 20 grams for $5, shipped straight from Austria. Here in the States, you have to go through some local pharmacy, wait forever for them to stock it, and end up paying well over $33.
I’ve only been using this for four days, just at night, spot-treating the areas where I break out, and my skin is already peeling like crazy. I made the mistake of putting a little bit around my nose, and now I look like I’ve been battling a brutal flu for a month straight.😢It’s honestly pretty embarrassing, so you really have to be careful. It dries you out fast if you spread it beyond just one pimple; the skin actually starts flaking off, so you absolutely cannot overdo it. That said, it definitely works.👍
And here I was thinking you were a doctor!😁 Look, I’ve dealt with acne my entire life. Lately, it’s even spread to my back. We’re talking about those tiny, annoying bumps—you don't even notice them at first glance, but they just won't go away no matter what you do. For the longest time, I couldn't find anything that actually worked; I tried everything under the sun. Eventually, I realized that topical stuff—creams and masks—is only going to get you so far. It’s a necessary supplement to actual treatment, but you have to treat the root cause. For me, a short three-week course of tetracycline finally did the trick. During those three weeks, my skin looked absolutely incredible. I have never had a complexion that beautiful in my entire life. After the prescription ended, things flared up a little bit again, but it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be. It's significantly better. Now, I just have to stay consistent with my cream, and I can already see an improvement after just 3 or 4 days.
Just so we're clear, masks and similar products only offer temporary relief. They're a quick fix for the day. But since we're on the subject of masks, I’ve tested almost everything on the market, I've even gone as far as using pure clay on my face. Hands down, the best thing I've ever used is the Lancaster mask from their SkinPure green line. It does cost $60, but it's honestly worth every penny because the jar lasts me nearly 8 to 10 months. At least, that's how long it lasts for me, since I only use it twice a week. There's a ton of product in there. Also, that new Nivea emulsion—the one for controlling shine and sebum production—is incredibly affordable and works wonders for me. It's only about 25-$10.
This one is going to be a bit tricky because I had to order this cream all the way from Austria since you can barely find it here in the States. Here is the ingredient list, assuming my reading isn't totally off since I don't know a lick of German😳 50 mg Tretinoin (Vitamin A acid) preservatives 130 mg Potassium sorbate 100 mg Sorbic acid along with water Liquid paraffin Sorbitol solution and blah blah blah, just some minor details at this point (in my humble opinion😉))
Man, this looks pretty intense😳 given how little German I actually know. Hopefully, you can make sense of some of this😉 I can tell it’s a Vitamin A derivative, and I know it's a nighttime cream—you absolutely cannot let your skin see the sun until it's thoroughly washed off. So far, the cream is working; I've seen solid results over the last four days. I really hope it stays this way. By the way, I read somewhere that this cream is currently the top choice in the European market because it works so well. Apparently, it's successfully replacing that awful Accutane therapy, which people don't even realize is as dangerous and damaging as it actually is.
Can someone please share their experience using this cream for acne and breakouts? I’m currently dealing with a massive flare-up on my back, and my doctor finally prescribed this. It was actually a huge pain to track down—it's pretty much impossible to find at our local pharmacies—but I finally got my hands on it. I've only been using it for two days so far, so naturally, I haven't seen any changes yet, but I've heard nothing but amazing things about how effective this stuff is. If you have used this specific cream, please let me know what your results were.🙂🙂 Thanks🙂
darkbison81 said:Yeah, I’m right there with you. Why on earth would anyone want to gamble with their hormones just to spend the rest of their lives dealing with the fallout, all because they wanted to fix some cellulite? If I recall correctly, that supplement is called Cellasen... though it goes by different names depending on where you buy it. My take is that it’s packed with iodine, among other things, which basically forces your thyroid into overdrive. That spikes your metabolic processes and raises your body temperature—it's essentially forcing your metabolism to kick into high gear. And let me tell you, that isn't some harmless little trick. Anyone with natural thyroid issues already has enough to deal with; they shouldn't be messing with themselves if they don't want to be on medication for the rest of their lives.
It feels to me like Cellasen just ramps everything up in your system, yet that cellulite stays right where it is... just sitting there... indefinitely.😁😁😁
lonemarlin40 said:That’s exactly my point—Metabolism is NOT a laxative. I specifically mentioned that it helped me get my digestion back on track, which is just one symptom of a broken metabolism. I said that because I have zero interest in taking unhealthy laxatives. To be more precise about Metabolism capsules: Metabolism refers to the entire metabolic process—the sum of all biochemical reactions happening in the human body that work to build, rebuild, and break down cells while keeping them functioning properly. For this system to kick into gear and run smoothly, unsaturated fatty acids are absolutely vital, especially gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is highly biologically active. It's derived from linoleic acid, which, when you're following a healthy diet rich in plant oils, enters the body strictly through your food. Through further biochemical conversion of gamma-linolenic acid, the end product is prostaglandin E1—a hormone-like substance that acts as a key metabolic activator, playing a crucial role in regulating essential cellular functions. Prostaglandin E1 has a very specific job in activating fat metabolism. It helps release fat from storage cells so they can be converted into usable energy. This biochemical mechanism is what allows the body to shed fat deposits more easily. Metabolism® capsules provide a completely natural way to replenish GLA in the body, ensuring enough prostaglandin E1 is synthesized to support optimal metabolism and speed up the breakdown of stored fat.
Do you honestly believe a single capsule can trigger that entire massive biological chain reaction? And you think it’s doing it in a natural way? Do you seriously think the amount of fat, sugar, and calories you just inhaled from a greasy pork knuckle followed by a massive slice of cake😁 can just be wiped out by one little pill? Is there a pill for eternal life or staying forever young, too? Maybe you should look for that. The CEO of whatever company makes these pills must be laughing their head off right now, probably sipping cocktails on the French Riviera and enjoying the fruits of their absolute scam.😁
...if I end up repeating something someone else already said here😉 Metabolism products from Pfizer are just more of the same junk they put out. Look, I have a pharmacist in my family, so I've been surrounded by this industry my entire life. Pfizer is basically famous for making stuff that works solely on the placebo effect. They have a massive lineup, and sure, some people claim to be happy with the results, but it’s all short-lived nonsense that doesn't actually "cure" anything. Honestly, it blows my mind how people in the 21st century still fall for this crap. We have information at our fingertips constantly, yet people still believe the fairy tale that one little pill once a day is going to perform a miracle!! It makes zero sense!! Especially when we're talking about weight loss!! There is a basic rule of thumb: however long it took you to pack those pounds on, that's roughly how long it takes to get rid of them. Are we really so naive that we think we can sit down to a massive steak dinner with buttery mashed potatoes and then just wash away all that fat with a single tablet to wake up looking shredded the next morning?😁 If only it were that easy....🙂 It’s the exact same story with those much-hyped cellulite creams. Anyone who actually understands what cellulite is and how it forms knows perfectly well that a topical cream isn't going to make it disappear.😉
