The heartbreak of the "almost" transfer in Fans ·
There is nothing worse than getting your hopes up for a massive signing only to watch the whole thing fall apart at the finish line. It feels like we're constantly chasing these "dream" players that never actually materialize. Does anyone else feel like these huge rumors are mostly just noise to keep us distracted?

Waiting on a diagnosis in Health ·
Everything feels like it’s starting to fall apart again today. I just found out there’s likely a tumor returning. I already went through this once—the surgery, the grueling recovery—and I’m still trying to get my footing from all of that when they drop this news on me. They said it's probably in the same spot, or maybe just slightly off to the side; honestly, who can even keep track of these things anymore? The word just keeps echoing in my head... tumor. I can't stop thinking about having to redo the entire process from scratch, and frankly, I have no idea how this is all going to end. Now, I’m stuck playing the waiting game while a medical board meets to discuss my case and decide on the next steps. This anticipation is absolutely killing me. I try to push the thoughts away, to stay calm and not let it consume me, but it’s impossible. It’s stronger than I am. To make matters worse, seeing everyone look at me with those pitying eyes just makes everything feel ten times heavier. I don't know how I'm going to manage. I'm terrified of breaking down right when I need every ounce of strength just to endure this alone. Maybe I should just let it all out, have a good cry, and scream until all this rage and despair is gone. I truly don't know what to do right now. 🙂 🙂
I’ll admit, I spent quite a long time obsessing over the idea of getting laser eye surgery just to finally ditch this "near-sightedness" nonsense. 😁 However, after having a serious, sit-down talk with my doctor, I decided to scrap the whole thing and put that idea on ice for a few (actually, more like 🙂) years. See, he explained that it really only makes sense to go through with it once you hit your late 20s or even 30—basically when your prescription finally stabilizes. If you do it too early, there's a real risk your vision could just drift right back to where it started. Plus, for women, things can get unpredictable during pregnancy, where prescriptions often spike significantly—though, of course, that isn't the case for everyone. But most importantly, this kind of procedure has only really become mainstream and widely discussed in recent years; nobody actually knows what the long-term consequences might look like ten or twenty years down the line.
Well... if that's the case, I'll pass. I guess I'll just keep dealing with my "handicap" for a little while longer. 😁
Asymmetrical breasts in Women's Health ·
It turns out there are quite a few of us dealing with this exact little issue. 🙂
As Sandra Martin72 puts it, "it’s actually perfectly normal." Personally, my left side is noticeably larger than my right, and honestly, I’ve just come to terms with it. It isn't even a source of embarrassment anymore, especially knowing how common this actually is among Americans. 😁

silentraven13 said:Quick question—when it comes to those lens enzymes, do you drop one tablet into a single case with just one lens in there? =) Or is it one tablet for both lenses? (I know it sounds like a dumb question, but I don't want to mess them up, so I figured I'd ask... the instructions aren't exactly detailed about it)

Are we talking about soft contacts here? Like those descaling tablets you use roughly every two weeks? If the answer to both my questions is "yes," 🙂 then I can tell you with absolute certainty that you use one tablet per lens. 😁
