CIA or something new... in Health ·
The CIA is actually a solid antioxidant and generally great for your overall health. It does show some real results when it comes to weight loss—specifically cutting down body fat—but only if you’re actually putting in the work at the gym alongside it.
CLA is alright, but you have to take it consistently over a long period. It isn't some magic pill, but it isn't useless either.
Its main strength is being an antioxidant.
You can pick it up at www.Walgreens.com, www.CVS.com, or any local supplement shop. Honestly, you could probably find it in most pharmacies too.

Bottomless Pit said:Usually, it doesn't come pre-mixed. People blend their own stacks using three different types of supplements, with ephedrine and bronchodilators being the heavy hitters. And it isn't legal because it fails drug tests!

You can find it sold as an ECA stack at supplement shops (like GNC).
Just because something fails a drug test doesn't make it illegal. It just means athletes aren't allowed to touch it.
Athletes, by the way, aren't even allowed to use certain nasal sprays, drink more than two cups of coffee a day, or take aspirin without risking a failed test. So, that really isn't a valid benchmark for legality.

If you stick to the recommended dosage, and you aren't someone dealing with heart issues or high blood pressure, the risk of health problems is practically zero.
Besides, if this stuff were actually that dangerous, I'm pretty sure the FDA wouldn't allow it to be sold legally.

Got dark blue eyes? You seriously need to look into getting some colored contacts immediately. Trust me on this one.

Of course it doesn't. She was referring to the fact that ephedrine is almost always sold on the market in combination with aspirin and caffeine. That’s because the ECA stack is an incredibly effective and widely used thermogenic.
Wind Whispers in Movies ·
Hey there,
I just finished watching this movie, and it struck me that there was a lot of chatter immediately after its release about certain elements being totally unrealistic.
Does anyone here know specifically which facts were called out?

It’s produced by a massive "foreign" corporation called TwinLab. You can grab it at places like the Helix shop over in old Vlach territory in Chicago.

btw. The guy running Helix should probably start paying me a commission at this point, considering how many customers I've already sent his way!

I’d say a daily dose of 1500 mg should be plenty if you're actually putting in the work with aerobic exercise.
But look, it all boils down to a dozen different factors—how much weight you're trying to drop, etc., etc.
Just space those capsules out throughout the day; it's best to take them after meals and right before you hit the gym or whatever physical activity you've got planned.
Like I said earlier, it isn't toxic, so there's no reason to panic if you accidentally take a little extra.
👍

It isn't just non-toxic; it's actually highly beneficial. It's proven to lower cholesterol, and lately, it's even being used to help with kidney and liver issues.

Daniel Lopez said:Yeah, I looked up this carnitine online and it costs nearly $67. It’s just not worth it for some random supplement, and frankly, I have my doubts anyway. I wasted my money on that Chitosan too. A friend of mine drinks Top Slim tea, uses ten different cellulite creams, drinks soy milk, and all those protein shakes—I asked her if she actually saw any results, and she admitted she hasn't seen a thing. She just takes them so she feels like she's doing something...

And Encian has pretty decent prices for their stuff...

Look, if you want actual, measurable results, you can't be penny-pinching over the price tag...

L-carnitine is a legitimate tool, and everything mentioned above about it is spot on. However, there's a major gap in the info: they didn't mention the daily dosage, nor did they specify which brand to trust. Just like there are premium chocolates and cheap junk, there is high-quality L-carnitine and low-quality garbage.
Your friend definitely didn't get lucky with that tea, but you might actually see progress if you grab something like Twinlab L-carnitine and take at least 3 grams a day. L-carnitine is effective, but it won't do a damn thing if you're taking even 500 mg less than the recommended amount.
By the way, athletes—especially cyclists—rely on L-carnitine for exactly this reason: it accelerates fat metabolism so that fat is used as a primary energy source.
So, stop messing around with teas and start using the real stuff.
