Hi everyone,

I just had my CSF analysis done, and the report says: "CSF sediment shows some monocytes and degeneratively changed naked nuclei. Findings are normal."
I’ve been trying to dig into this to understand it better, but I can't find any explanation for what "naked cells" actually means 🙄???
If anyone knows
Thanks a lot

Alright, since there hasn't been any bleeding yet;-( I have a few questions:

How long does it take for a urine test to show a positive result?

And for a blood test, how long until you can tell if someone is pregnant?

Thanks

Thanks for such a quick response.

I just really hope it worked. ;-)

I was ten days out from my period—right after finishing my cycle—but I'm nervous because my ovulation can sometimes happen closer to the start of the cycle rather than the middle.

I know there are no set rules for when it starts, but the waiting is making me anxious.

Listen;

A friend of mine took Plan B (the day after), and she was told to take three pills, then another three twelve hours later.
She took the first three at the 13-hour mark after intercourse, and the remaining three twelve hours after that, just as she was instructed.

So far, she hasn't had any side effects at all. I see people on here posting about nausea and fever, but she feels perfectly fine.
Question: Are those six pills total—three now and three after twelve hours—actually enough? I’m asking because some sites claim you need to keep taking one pill every day for a few more days??????????
Nobody mentioned that to her!
The only thing they did tell her was that her period might come immediately, in a week, or just on its normal schedule regardless of the Plan B. Apparently, it depends on where she was in her cycle when she took it—whether it was the first phase, ovulation, or the second phase.

Can someone please answer the question above as soon as possible... does she need to keep taking these pills, or is the dose of three followed by three after twelve hours sufficient????????????????????

The cysts you have haven't ruptured yet. You've likely just thrown your system out of whack with the hormone pills; you might need to take a break to let things reset. It’s nothing major—nearly every second patient leaves a clinic with small 1-2 cm cysts that are easily managed with a 1-3 month course of treatment. That's all there is to it....
Of course, you need to find a competent gynecologist who actually knows what they're looking at, not some doctor working in a local public health clinic who just shrugs and says, "Yeah, there's a few cysts, they'll probably rupture during your next period." Well, they won't. That's what happens when doctors stop educating themselves after they finish med school.

Don't stress too much—the main thing is that you're paying attention to your health and not neglecting it. I'll second that.

Ciao🙂
Alright, does anyone here know anything about these symptoms?

For the last five days, I've been dealing with this twitching sensation. It’s mostly on my left side, just below the left breast. Throughout the day, it feels like a constant tickling, but before that, it felt more like a nerve twitch—exactly like when your eyelid starts fluttering involuntarily. You know that specific sensation where you can actually feel the nerve jumping?
I wouldn't call it pain, per se, but it's definitely uncomfortable. Let's just call it a persistent twitch.
When the sensation hits and I press my palm against the area, I can physically feel the vibration under my hand. What’s even stranger is that you can actually see it happening; the skin visibly trembles.
Otherwise, I feel fine. I'm not under any major stress, my blood pressure is normal, and I have no issues breathing.

What could this be? I thought about scheduling an ultrasound, but I wasn't overly worried at first. I figured it was just some nerve issue that would pass on its own.
But this has been going on for a while now... and since it's right in the heart area, I'm starting to wonder. 😎
If anyone has any insight or has dealt with something similar, please let me know.

Thanks.
