Hello. I recently purchased a new Dell XPS 13 with a 4K touchscreen... the top-tier model. However, I am quite disappointed with the battery life. During intensive tasks like web browsing, data transfers, or software installations, it only lasts about 3 hours. It reaches 4 hours with lighter use. According to the specs, it should be much longer... has anyone else dealt with this? I tried lowering the brightness significantly, which managed to stretch it to 4 hours.
Thank you. When you say to apply it to wet hands, does it sting slightly, or is it actually dangerous...
Would the outcome be identical if one were to touch the wire... I read somewhere that DC current under 500 mA isn't dangerous, but anything above that is, and this is 5A
Is this current dangerous to a person? And what would happen if someone touched the wires coming out of an adapter with these specs... INPUT 100-240v~2A 50-60Hz, OUTPUT: 12V; 5A

That specific tower is your only shot... though you'd likely need a new power supply if the current one isn't standard size. You might even have to rip out or cut the hard drive cage just to fit the card... since it's too long.
Why not the Dell OptiPlex 3020?
-For the Dell OptiPlex 3020, I found this listed:
Slot 1: half-length, full-height, PCI Express 3.0 x16 (60w max)
What does that 60w mean? Does it mean this card won't work...
Well, the Dell OptiPlex 7050 is part of the newer series, featuring a Ryzen 7 processor. Both the Dell OptiPlex 3020 and the Dell OptiPlex 7050 come equipped with one PCI Express x16 slot. The real question is whether the card can actually be pushed to its max overclock... or if the motherboard will cause issues. I know these OEM boards are pretty basic since they're meant for Google Workspace machines, but it is what it is...
Hello,
Does anyone know if the OEM motherboards found in machines like the Dell OptiPlex 7050 or the Dell OptiPlex 3020 can support an EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB... I can make it fit in the case, that isn't the issue, but will the motherboard handle it... I'll be upgrading the power supply anyway...
