So, I decided to weigh in on Lone Heart. Because, honestly, I’m one of them. 😛
I really miss having someone by my side—specifically a boyfriend. I want to feel some romance again, kisses, intimacy... or if nothing else, just some casual flirting. There’s this guy I’m interested in; he’s three years older than me and we go to the same school. I want him. Or at least, I want to talk to him. I watch him every single day, but I can never find the nerve to actually approach him. I’m a coward, and I'm constantly worried he'll reject me or laugh in my face. It's not like I'm unattractive; I know I'm not. I think I'd have a shot with him, maybe even just for coffee, but my nature is to shrink away when things like this come up. How do I "break free" from this? I really need someone.
And I get the feeling guys never approach me. Which is true. But like I said, I'm not unattractive, so I don't see why. I'm not the type of girl who just throws herself at guys either—in fact, I can't stand girls like that. I'm an old-school romantic who expects the guy to make the first move. I know I should probably change and loosen up a bit.
Brittle, peeling nails: any tips? in Health ·

Those pink little pills...
Look, I'll just see how it goes. I doubt I'll run into any side effects...

So, morning and night. Fine. I'll head to Walgreens to ask about something better for nail quality; maybe they'll have a recommendation. Thanks. 👍

They told me I’d need to go through at least two or three before seeing any real difference, which—given the price tag of $23—is definitely not a cheap hobby. But honestly, I just don't have the patience or the habit of constantly soaking my nails in oil. I either forget, or I just hate the feeling of having greasy fingers all day... I really wish there was just one magic pill 😬 for everything. If this doesn't actually work, though, I'll have to force myself to deal with the oil, because the state of my nails right now is nothing short of a disaster!!

So those Merz supplements—those are pills, right? And how many times a day are you supposed to take them?

I'm thinking about heading to the pharmacy to pick up some nail minerals or something along those lines.

and perhaps start taking some vitamin supplements... you know, those ones packed with all the natural goodness life has to offer...

When I was going through my own nightmare with my nails (it was a total disaster... I spent a year and a half trying to fix them...), nothing seemed to work until I started applying olive oil to my nails every single day... that truly worked wonders for me. Now, they are absolutely gorgeous...

So, you just poured a little olive oil into a cup and soaked your nails once a day? 😬 I might give that a shot; I'm getting desperate here. 😢

I’ve always had strong, healthy nails that grew out easily and held polish perfectly. But over the last two months, they’ve started peeling terribly. Every single time I apply polish, it just chips off by the next day right where the layers are separating at the tips. It’s infuriating. 👎I just want my smooth, non-peeling nails back. Does anyone have any suggestions? This sudden change makes no sense. Please help!

At Amadeus.
No, I don't have them while I'm at school. When I'm home, they aren't there, and once I've been out for a while, they're gone. It doesn't bother me. And I haven't been on antibiotics lately.
I'm 16, and my period already started back in 7th grade. Great. XD
I’ve got a problem that’s bothering me: thick white discharge. Is this something serious? Basically, every day when I get home from school, my underwear is covered in this thick white discharge. I have a boyfriend, and it gets a bit embarrassing when we’re being intimate... Please, if you know anything, let me know.
