I honestly have so much respect for anyone who manages to wash their hair every single day!!🙂
As for me, I’ve got my own little routine down to a science: I usually wash it Wednesday mornings and then again Saturday nights.. 😁It’s been my go-to schedule for years now....

Please don't take this personally, but the whole concept strikes me as a massive placebo effect...
Ah... It’s not that my body cleanses itself, it’s that my body *is being* cleansed.. 😍
Alright, let me weigh in here. I'm definitely not an expert or anything, but I just followed the advice my doctor gave me. Since it's mostly just a blend of herbs and green tea, I'm keeping it simple. As for how I know it's working? Well, I honestly just feel better. I'm hitting the restroom way more often, and regardless of the specifics, I definitely feel better than I did before I started.😎
I am honestly so thrilled with how much Tonidren has helped me lately. You take it for three weeks and it feels like your whole system just gets this incredible deep clean. I’m not sure if you’ve heard of this specific syrup before, but the routine is super easy: you just mix one small glassful into about 1.5 liters of water and sip on it throughout the day for those three weeks. It’s one of those rare things that is actually simple yet incredibly effective, maybe even $33. You can find it in your 👍 or pick it up at any local pharmacy...
Oh my gosh, you are absolutely wonderful!!😍
Honestly, your best bet would be to just ask around at a local coffee shop...
I actually had this happen once at a little cafe downtown. While I was grabbing my coffee, they handed me this tiny little cute package that had two packs of Orbit gum inside. The packaging was so incredibly adorable that I couldn't help myself—I asked the barista where they even get those types of gum packs. Well, long story short, they ended up hooking me up with enough extra supplies to last me basically a whole month!😬
Hey there!
I used to have such massive issues with my nails... honestly, using gel extensions just COMPLETELY wrecked them.😠 It wasn't just the nail plate itself, either; the skin around my cuticles was a total disaster zone.
It actually became super embarrassing for me whenever someone would glance at my hands during a conversation..👎
So, I decided to pick up some Merz vitamins. They're designed for your hair, skin, and nails, and they're packed with B vitamins. A one-month supply is $23 but it is worth every single penny!! After just about a week of taking them, my nails felt like they had been totally reborn!! They're strong, they don't peel, and even my cuticles look healthy again..👍
I am seriously, incredibly happy with the results! Just grab that one-month supply and you won't regret it!😉
It seems to me, Maria Gomez6, that this post has wandered off course; its rightful place is in the mental health forum. Judging by your responses, you don't trust anyone—least of all yourself.
You have issues!!!!!
Trust in yourself, go see a chiropractor to get some exercise recommendations, and then exercise, exercise, exercise...
And don't you dare blame him, either, for any failure, because a person carves out their own destiny!!!
Look, I didn't mean any offense by it, but that’s just the reality of my life and there's no other way to slice it. For instance, I'm up at 5:45 AM, working a standard 8-to-4 shift, picking up my kid, and I don't even step foot back inside the house until 5:30 PM at the absolute earliest. In between, I'm squeezing in grocery runs with a toddler in tow, then heading home to get dinner on the table. By 8:00 PM, I squeeze in a quick 30-minute workout right at home with some weights, and honestly, I feel like a total powerhouse. Despite this hectic schedule, I still manage to end the night feeling happy and ready for some quality time with my husband. So, go ahead and decide for yourself who has it better...
👎 Good grief, what is wrong with you people? Have you all completely forgotten the concept of PHYSICAL ACTIVITY?!
If you actually put in even a modicum of effort to exercise and carve out time for sports, these kinds of issues would be far less frequent.
I bet most of you just head straight home after work instead of dedicating any time to yourselves!
I’ll wager the majority of you haven't worked out for more than seven days straight, yet you still blame doctors and physical therapists for everything. Honestly, why must you listen to their every word? SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!!
How much does a gastroscopy typically cost? And do they perform the bacteria test during the procedure?😕
