About two years ago, I noticed some small, subcutaneous bumps on my penis. They feel firm to the touch, but they aren't painful or itchy. I consulted a physician who informed me they were just sebaceous glands and perfectly normal. However, since there are quite a few of them and topical creams haven't made a dent, I am considering having them surgically removed. I want to know if anyone else has dealt with something similar—specifically issues like genital warts—and opted for surgical removal. Is this considered a high-risk procedure, and should I expect scarring? Are there any reputable medical websites that provide more detail on this? Thanks.

It has always been this way. I experience that same uncomfortable pain following masturbation. I am not exaggerating; if I have sex just once in a day, the pain sets in. If I were doing it multiple times a day, I might understand, but this is different.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? I am looking for serious responses only.
I am facing an issue. Everything proceeds normally during intercourse, but once I regain an erection afterward, I experience a distinct discomfort in my penis. How can this be resolved?

After masturbating, I am white again, but after two days, it returns to the same state.
Perhaps there is no connection to the prostate at all; I am not experiencing any pain or discomfort whatsoever.😕
No. On the contrary, I maintain a healthy lifestyle.
For some time now, my semen has appeared yellowish. I am 17 years old and have not been sexually active, so I am ruling out any STIs. I also have small subcutaneous bumps on my penis; I consulted a dermatologist who informed me they are simply caused by overactive sebaceous glands and are perfectly normal. Could there be a connection here? Has anyone else experienced this, and what is the standard treatment?
