Brittle, peeling nails: any tips? in Health ·
Susan Gonzalez4 said:I’m not really sold on those B-vitamin supplements for nail health. Honestly, I doubt they even reach my nails—your body just sends those nutrients wherever it needs them most. For me, the best thing is just using Dikla cream; you can grab it at Walgreens. Just a little bit of that and the peeling stops after a few days for me. 👍

I was looking into Dikla and it sounds amazing, but I can't find it anywhere...
It seems like everyone has used it and swears by it, but weeks have gone by and I've had zero luck finding it.
Does anyone know who the importer is or where I can actually grab some?

I don't have any hands-on experience since that little gadget is way out of my budget (oops!),
but I did do some digging on it a while back.
It’s a fantastic piece of tech, though it seems geared more toward pros, like restaurants or dentists.
Honestly, it reminds me of how things used to be with computers...
Back in the day, certain medical tools and procedures were strictly for hospitals or specialized clinics, but now they're trickling down to everyday households. It all comes down to how much you want to spend! Just think about how blood pressure monitors used to be something only doctors handled; it takes time for new tech to become a household staple. My rule of thumb is simple: if it's used at the high-level—like in major hospitals, HVAC systems, or industrial plants—then it's legit. Beyond that, it's just a matter of how much cash you have to drop.

Okay,
STRESS, stress, stress!
Don't you think they just use "stress" as a convenient excuse to avoid digging deeper and actually helping? I honestly feel like it’s their default diagnosis for 70% of everything. Plus, let's be real—they have much bigger fish to fry, and the healthcare system is always strapped for cash. Nowadays, when we basically know almost everything about biology... once we reached the DNA stage, they just shrug and say "it's stress," and we just swallow it hook, line, and sinker...
and then head home singing along...
do you guys actually believe that stress is the real answer to everything?

I’ve honestly never dealt with this before! But lately, my nails have been peeling like crazy, and I'm starting to get a little worried. If I don't apply polish, they just start splitting off in layers...
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
