Generally speaking, I find that whey is mostly useful for your post-workout window, or perhaps just as a little boost in meals that are lacking protein—like when I stir a scoop into my morning oatmeal and milk.
Fair enough... so, which brands would you actually recommend if I'm looking to put on mass? I've been training for quite a while now and I'd like to think I've mastered the actual lifting part, but I have to admit, the whole world of protein supplements is completely foreign to me, and I feel a bit out of my depth here.😬
