Post-shave irritation issues in Health ·
My routine is pretty straightforward—I shave, then spend a good while rinsing my face with cold water. After that, I go in with some Dove aftershave balm—the alcohol-free kind, obviously. Then I just use a standard Dove cream, though I make sure to skip the area under the beard. That’s really all there is to it. Though, honestly, your issues might be a bit more complicated than mine. 😉
Thanks, Kem. That gives me a little glimmer of hope that people can actually be decent—even when we aren't talking about a FaceLift. If she’s genuinely thrilled, I doubt it’s just thanks to some surgical skill; it’s likely the whole experience and how they treated her. Anyone else feel the same?👍
Thanks, nimbledriver81. That gives me a little glimmer of hope that people can actually be decent—even if we aren't talking about a FaceTime job. If she’s truly happy, it’s probably more than just some skilled surgeon at work; it's likely the whole relationship. Anyone else feel the same?👍
Sure, you can actually get a FaceTime at public hospitals too—it’s just not something people really talk about. My guess, though, is that for elective stuff like this—you know, procedures that aren't strictly medically necessary—they charge the standard rates, much like you'd see at a private clinic like Mayo Clinic. As for getting a referral from your insurance... I'm not entirely sure, but my hunch is that wouldn't even be an option. Anyone have thoughts? Come on, it's not like nobody has gone under the knife for a FaceTime before, right? 🙂
Thanks for the comment, but could you give me a little more detail? I’m not looking for names or anything like that—just what specifically went wrong? Was it the bedside manner, the overall quality of the work, some follow-up complications, etc.?
For a variety of reasons, a woman very close to my heart is looking into getting a FaceLift—and Ivo Džepina over at the Mayo Clinic has emerged as a seriously strong candidate. I caught him on a recent news program, and he’s quite sharp—really knows his stuff. Does anyone have any thoughts, advice, or maybe even some first-hand experience to share? Good or bad, hit me!
