When is eye twitching normal? in Health ·
I haven't tried magnesium yet, and my eye is still twitching. Now that I see how much it helped you guys, I think I'll give it a shot myself.😁
When is eye twitching normal? in Health ·
Same here. It’s been ten days now—my right eye, specifically the eyelid. Could be some kind of biological weapon? :-( I've had issues before, but nothing this intense or this long-lasting.
Kombucha tea benefits in Health ·
I used to be an active user here. I had access to the mushroom about 6 or 7 years ago and would drink the tea periodically, right up until around 2000 or 2001 when the batch finally gave out on me. Actually, it didn't just die—it was constantly molding. There was no way to fix it, so I had to toss it. A few months back, I started a thread over on the Health forum looking for more, but I didn't get any bites. It seems like most people don't know the first thing about it. That’s actually a huge advantage—it’s incredible for detoxing the system and general healing.
Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
There’s one thing that works wonders for hemorrhoids. Eat one spicy pepper every single day—the kind from a jar, I think. I don't know how they process them, but they aren't fresh. As long as you stick to this routine, those hemorrhoids will vanish. 🙂

A spicy pepper?!!?
Even the ones from a jar will absolutely wreck you if you don't cook them first!
From what I know, that’s one of the most basic things you're supposed to avoid when dealing with hemorrhoids. Where did you even hear that?
Contact lenses in Health ·
I've been wearing soft contacts non-stop for nine years. I sleep in them, swim in them, dive in them. My personal record for keeping them in without any issues? Three and a half weeks straight. I used to rely on BioTrue and Acuvue Moist, but I recently stumbled upon the absolute best solution out there—Alcon Opti-Free Express no-rub formula. It’s perfect. Generally, experts recommend taking a three-week break from contacts once a year. As for the lenses themselves, my go-to has always been Bausch & Lomb. These monthly ones have been a total nightmare; every single month, just a day or two after they were supposed to be out, I’d end up with an eye infection. I am definitely not making that mistake again.
