Reviewing Kupipixel: Is it worth it? in Economy ·
Paul Cruz8 said:It’s certainly worth a shot, I suppose, though the real sticking point is whether there’s actually any substance to it—mostly because I wonder how much free time people are actually willing to sacrifice for something like this. For instance, a huge chunk of people head straight off to college, and once midterms hit, they aren't going to have any bandwidth left to commit to anything... You’d have to grind incredibly hard at the start just to get the momentum going, and maybe then you could coast a little later on. I guess the real question is what kind of venture you're actually envisioning here; it could easily end up being another flop like this one, though on the flip side, this hasn't even fully failed yet. As long as the core idea is about making a service better or more accessible, maybe, just maybe, it could actually take flight one day... I sincerely hope so. 👍

Give it a rest... all this talk about pixels is getting a bit tedious, isn't it?
Here is my suggestion: just launch five different pixel-art sites and maybe you'll pull in five million bucks. 😛

I mean, sure, you could always go into software engineering just because the salary figures look good 🙄, but if you have absolutely zero interest in coding, it seems a bit questionable to commit to that life, doesn't it? And if you enroll in a program that doesn't actually interest you, who's to say you won't just end up dropping out halfway through?

It seems fairly obvious that money isn't the (only 😁) reason people decide to pursue medical school. 😁

I find myself agreeing completely with your point, though I also suspect that a significant portion of people weren't driven by those classic scientific or humanitarian motivations to begin with, so they're essentially being filtered out now... which might be where this supposed "decline in interest" is actually coming from.🙂
I honestly can't help but wonder why someone working at a local Chase branch can pull in $2,000 a month with just a bit of basic training and minimal effort, while a friend of mine who spent years grinding through medical school ends up stitching people up in some dive bar at 2 AM for nothing more than a few bucks and a couple of beers.😬

I suppose it’s just that ingrained habit of feeling like you always need to screw over the government when it comes to taxes.😈

That really depends on the individual, I suppose. The tax itself isn't even the primary issue... in some cases, tenants specifically request not to be registered for various reasons, among others.

You can probably find all the details at www.kupipixel.com or just shoot an email to info@kupipixel.com!👍

I guess you’re trying to pull a fast one just like those guys across the pond
