Hey,
Got a referral for a specialist about two months ago. Booked an appointment for next week right away. Now I think I might've lost the paperwork. I guess that means I can't make the appointment? Is there some other way to still get seen at the scheduled time?

Got a bit of a situation here;

So, I'm 17, and since I haven't seen a doctor in forever—probably like 6 years now—I'm still technically registered under a pediatrician :black_square:

Regarding the process; is it going to be a headache to switch providers, and will I get any kind of "priority" since I'm legally required to make the move anyway?

And is this whole thing actually complicated? It looks pretty straightforward on paper, but how does it work in reality?
