That's an interesting idea, Chloe Nguyen3👍
Gatorade is pretty easy to find anywhere, but I never really considered it could be that effective. I might give it a shot.

I did a little digging online and found out that tyrosine is an amino acid and a precursor to certain hormones. I wonder if taking tyrosine could lead to any negative side effects? Mentioning hormones makes me a bit cautious.
From what I gather, bodybuilders use it. Maybe it isn't really recommended unless you're training intensely? A regular job doesn't exactly count as a workout.
Morgan Nelson2, do you have any experience with this?

I think the best way to tackle fatigue is by taking more frequent, shorter breaks.
However, that isn't always a realistic option.
Things like Red Bull or even Gatorade don't seem to provide enough of a boost.
I'm looking for something a bit more effective. Let's just call it a type of doping.
My exhaustion isn't due to any underlying health issues; it's mostly just from waking up early, dealing with some pretty heavy workloads, and getting home late.
Is there anything out there that might make my day easier, or perhaps something that can give me a quick "lift" when I start to flag?

My job involves some pretty heavy physical labor. It’s quite demanding.
As I get older, I feel like my strength isn't quite what it used to be. Everything is starting to feel a bit more difficult.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to quickly replenish lost energy? Maybe something to help me refresh and perk up during the workday?
I should mention that I eat healthy and take vitamins as supplements.
Still, I'm not really satisfied with the results. I feel like I need something stronger, something more... effective?
