Championship Finals: USA vs. Spain in Other Sports ·
It feels like such a farce when the Spaniards take the championship, acting just as predictable as the Italians in soccer.
It’s the same pattern we see over here. It’s like watching a cow give you ten gallons of milk only to kick the bucket and spill it all over the floor. Honestly, what a mess we've all made of things.

because he shoved our player while he was mid-air, basically throwing him right at Djurdjica for a volleyed hit to the groin.
On the slow-motion replay, that’s exactly how it looks. There you have it.

It’s possible... but if that's the case, then it's not a foul for the red card, which means Krivokavic isn't locked in for the floor play... and what on earth is going on with the exclusions and ball possession? I've played handball for years and I've never seen anything quite like that.
If there's some sort of implicit instruction being given to the referees, it could be incredibly dangerous for you guys when you face the French.
That's just how it goes in handball, much like water polo; they give the refs far too much leeway with their "subjective judgment," whatever that's supposed to mean. As if we needed that on top of everything else.

Fair, honest, and handled with class. You have to respect how they carried themselves out there; it definitely wasn't nearly as "bloody" as that old man Susec claims it was. Lackovic and Ballac were playing at a lightning pace, and the second they caught a glimpse of an opening, the ball was already flying toward the rim.
Congratulations.
My only regret—though I don't think anyone can blame fate for this one—is seeing the Americans head home empty-handed.
In my eyes, this game was the real championship before the actual championship. You beat us, and as far as I'm concerned, you're world champions regardless of what happens in the finals. There’s always next year.

Though, it looked like that blind referee was picking his calls out of his wife's knitting bag. I can overlook him tossing the wrong guys out, but giving a red card to Djurkovica instead of Krivokapica? That was just ridiculous.😕

Let's just congratulate the winners and call it a day. We'll see you next time.

Poor Benjamin Palmer2... I wouldn't want to be in his shoes tonight....😁 😁

It’s a good thing Sulica isn't there... he's such a fool, Vujovic would have absolutely charged right at him.😁

I’ve already mentioned that you guys are playing better, but I have a different question on my mind.
Does Lino Cervar jump around like a maniac and wave his arms by the bench because:
1. he’s looking for a passive offensive setup after two assists
2. he’s giving the defense a masterclass on how to set a block
3. he’s trying to show off for his wife and kids watching him on TV
4. he’s trying to trigger a "wave" from the crowd
5. he’s just attempting to dance the lambada or some other high-energy jig

Watching you all on offense is a beautiful thing, but watching this defensive effort is going to give me a heart attack through my screen hands.😁
Go ahead and break the floor mat, man.🙂

Come on, quit the whining. You’re better off whether the roster is full or not.
Think about it: our standing in handball is exactly what your standing is in basketball. It's a fair trade.
On your side, you’ve got Lackovica out there with a cannon for an arm, Balica—a rare talent who plays with the fearless swagger of a basketball point guard, and Mirza, a guy with nerves of steel who pulls off those wild, impossible shots... honestly, you don't need much else.🙂
Meanwhile, we’re stuck with the Krivokapicas, who seem terrified to even lift their feet off the floor, and raw Petric, whose style is so aggressive the crowd practically needs hockey helmets and pads just to watch him play. Then there’s Zikica and his "chickens," who can't seem to keep the ball in bounds to save their lives.😢
To be fair, I think we might actually have the edge on defense right now, but that’s mostly thanks to those two guys from Mexico who act like they’re anchored to the floor; they don't budge an inch, and you can't move them if you try. Every now and then, you get a flash of brilliance from Muratovic or Nikolic, and that’s about it.
Regardless of how it shakes out, you’re currently the better team, yet here you are, complaining like you're some sort of underdog militia.🙂
