Meningococcal sepsis

Hey everyone.
About five months ago, I underwent spinal surgery, and during the procedure, I ended up contracting bacterial meningitis. I was on a heavy course of antibiotics for 21 days, but the aftermath is still lingering. I’m dealing with these persistent headaches that just won't quit. I've been trying Tylenol and Advil, but honestly, they aren't doing a thing. Because of the pain, my sleep has become almost non-existent; I'm barely getting any rest at all.
Has anyone here gone through something similar, or perhaps found something that actually works, that might offer some advice?
If not, is there a specific forum or community dedicated to these kinds of neurological issues where I might find more specialized information?
