Best blue light glasses for computer use? in Health ·
It is medically proven that vision issues, especially when there is an imbalance between both eyes, cause headaches during any kind of eye strain.
Go get an eye exam and buy some glasses... otherwise, you might be dealing with allergies, ocular pressure, or something else entirely, who knows... but this is a very common occurrence.

Regarding LCD monitors, they DO NOT HAVE A FREQUENCY. It is particularly amusing how certain individuals claimed to have adjusted the frequency 🙂

Namely, the whole point of an LCD monitor is that there is no flicker between frames, which you can actually see if you film an LCD monitor with a camera—a standard monitor flickers while an LCD does not.
LCDs operate using liquid crystals that never truly turn off; they simply change color, whereas a standard monitor operating at, say, 60 Hz, displays 60 individual images per second.
The true measure of an LCD monitor's quality is response time—how quickly a pixel can switch colors. The purpose of this is to prevent eye fatigue, such as when watching football and seeing a motion trail behind the ball. That strains the eyes and harms your vision.
I hope I have been of at least some assistance to someone... 🙂
