Best blue light glasses for computer use?

Greetings, everyone. I’m wondering if anyone here has actually tried using Gunnar glasses for computer work? I’ve been dealing with some pretty nasty headaches whenever I spend time at my desk. I already wear prescription glasses with an anti-reflective coating, and even though my eye doctor insists I don't need anything else, my head still throbs after a long session at the PC. I came across these Gunnar glasses online that are marketed specifically for screen time, and it made me wonder—what exactly do they offer that my current pair doesn't?😁Is it actually worth the money?
