Hey everyone,

I’ve been battling gut issues for about two years now, and honestly, it feels just like Crohn's, even though I don't officially have it. My colonoscopy came back clear, but my labs are all over the place—elevated liver enzymes, high copper levels in my urine, high creatinine, and some endom in my small intestine. You can actually see the thickening and inflammation in the small intestine during scans, but they keep telling me it isn't Crohn. The doctors say there’s definitely inflammation happening, but they're totally stumped on the cause or how to actually treat it. Has anyone else gone through something similar? Just trying to figure out what my next move should be.

Glucosamine actually did the trick for my knee pain.
You should give these exercises a shot, they're supposed to be a lifesaver

It’s probably gonna be a meniscus issue rather than cartilage. You should definitely get an MRI just to be safe.

I’ve been taking Glucosamine sulfate capsules and they actually did the trick for my knee pain. I usually go for a 6 to 8-week stretch and then take a 4-week break. I grab mine from Nature's Bounty—the 240-count bottle goes for about $50. You take four a day, so one bottle lasts you two months.
I just finish one round and then wait until I really feel the need for more before starting again. Sometimes that break lasts for a whole year.
A close family member went through the exact same thing, where their knees were constant aching and popping. Their doctor suggested switching to a Glucosamine sulfate powder instead, and honestly, that fixed everything for them.
I'm looking to pick up an Intel NUC just for everyday stuff, nothing crazy like gaming. I'm debating whether I should grab one locally here in the States or just order from abroad—maybe wait for Black Friday deals? Shipping on Amazon is honestly making the price tag look way too high for me right now.
I was wondering if anyone here has gone through meniscus surgery and could share their experience. How long was the wait for the procedure, how long did rehab take, and did you deal with any lingering knee issues afterward?
To be honest, I’m currently waiting on my surgery, but I'm starting to have second thoughts. It gets to the point where I won't feel a thing for months, and then one wrong move sends the pain shooting right back—it usually lingers for about a week or even longer before finally settling down. I've had about four of these episodes over the last year, so I'm really hoping to find out if getting this fixed will actually make those problems disappear for good.
Thanks in advance
