So, I recently looked into this... First, you need to have at least 100 posts under your belt...
Once you hit that threshold...
On the top left, there is a menu list: blog.com, options, registration, calendar, members, and so on...
You click on options, then select edit profile. That is where you input your text.
If you want to upload an image, that is also possible now. The process is similar; just go to options, edit settings, and you will find the avatar section at the bottom...👋
