"Beautiful Summer" is an absolute classic; I find myself playing it every single day while I enjoy a cigarette out on my patio.
Some guys tried to jump me because others were shoving me around, and since I was hammered, I ended up face-down in the mud. They hauled me up just to deck me in the nose five times; I had blood leaking from it for a while after. I eventually just wandered off on my own and watched "Smack My Bitch Up" from a distance—it was quite a sight.

I was a total mess, covered in grime, so I just drifted around for a bit. In one tent, it was all "let's go party with candy," and in another, people were messing with phones, acting like "let's dance now and grab some beers later." The only thing I actually caught was Voxx at the end, which was mediocre at best. Once I finished wandering, things got pretty dull, though don't quote me on my judgment of the situation—my grasp on reality was pretty much non-existent at the time, possibly because the beer I was drinking was actually potent.
Will tomorrow be any better? That’s what the weather report is asking.

The sheer radiance of yesterday—I can't even count how many times I've seen it—but witnessing all those dialogues, the gestures, the way the kid wanders through the hotel, that "REDRUM" written on the typewriter... it's haunting.

That conversation in the restroom with that bald gentleman was something else; when he says Niger, it's truly memorable.

It strikes me as somewhat peculiar that he would engage in such discourse with Kubrick, given his notorious aversion to being patronized; I recall a period during his earlier, less established years when he actually dismissed Hollywood's premier cinematographer from the set simply for suggesting a different creative approach.

Quite ridiculous and foolish, if you ask me.
