Laser eye surgery in Russia: anyone done it?

I’m inclined to agree regarding getting surgery here in the States; our specialists just don't seem to have that same level of sheer audacity yet. As for the Russians, though—from everything I’ve gathered from various folks, they seem incredibly satisfied with the results there.
