Thanks, Sean Hall6. I suppose I should also ask if you could recommend a private clinic for a colonoscopy.
Thanks
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent private clinic for getting a rectoscopy done. Also, I’m curious if the whole diet and bowel prep routine is actually necessary before the procedure itself. I came across this note on one private clinic's website: “No bowel preparation is required for this exam; in fact, we don't recommend it. There are two main reasons: first, it can cause mucosal irritation leading to false positives, and second, it might wash away traces of blood from higher up in the colon, which would mean missing critical data.”
Thanks

Is it possible to undergo prostate surgery privately in either San Francisco or Miami? If so, I would appreciate some recommendations on where to go.
How much of a risk does this type of procedure pose for an 80-year-old man—specifically my grandfather—who suffered a mild heart attack about a year ago?
Thank you.
amberlynx9 and bigblue, I suppose I should say thanks.
Does anyone actually know anything?
Where can one actually find genuine organic food here in the States, and how legitimate is the "organic" label really? For those who might be unfamiliar, we're talking about produce grown from natural seeds, entirely free from pesticides and synthetic chemicals. It’s often marketed under the bio or organic labels.
If you have ever attempted to grow even a single tomato in your own backyard, you likely know they aren't even in the same league as the stuff sitting on grocery store shelves. I suppose that logic applies to pretty much everything else, too. But I guess the most critical point is that this type of food is supposedly devoid of harmful additives.
Thanks
