On top of that, I've been getting exhausted way too fast lately and dealing with major bloating. I'm usually pretty active, though work has kept me from hitting the gym at all this past month. It's not a weight issue.
Today my stomach was so bloated—combined with that shortness of breath—that I could barely make it up twenty stairs without gasping for air.
Also, when I inhale, I get this sound in my lungs—kind of like that rattling stage right before a cold fully hits, if you know what I mean..
Since I've dealt with a yeast infection before, I'm wondering if it could have flared up in my gut and caused all this?
Bloating, fatigue, shortness of breath, white coating on my tongue... anyone have any thoughts or advice before I head to my doctor? They're out on vacation right now.
Thanks!
Now that those panic attacks have subsided and I've kind of made peace with them (well, sort of), I keep getting this sensation where I can't fully inhale—like my breath is just too short. It makes me nervous to even try working out or being active... what did your doctor say? Any idea what might be going on?
(P.S. I don't want to run to my doctor every five minutes, otherwise they'll think I'm losing it.)
