Look, we aren't friends—and while I couldn't tell you if you have an eating disorder or anything, you're definitely thin, for sure 😛
Honestly, BMI is just pure statistics at the end of the day. I stick to oils—otherwise I'd be swallowing 20 pills a day. Usually, it's just three spoons of flaxseed oil and four 1000 mg fish oil tablets. Since I use a bit of olive oil, that's pretty much my entire fat intake.

Cut the Herbalife, just stick to an apple and actually take the time to read what Angela Rodriguez2 told you.
I don't get why you're chasing simplicity when it comes to eating—just two shakes and an apple? Our bodies aren't really built for that kind of routine. You have to put in the work to prep actual healthy meals; there's no such thing as a free lunch.
Go talk to a doctor about the weight loss stuff.
