I usually drink the Lactaid brand light milk. It has about 99% less lactose and the flavor is actually quite nice. It tastes just like regular milk, just a little bit sweeter. Give it a shot; it works wonders for me! 😍
Have you dealt with this intolerance your whole life, or did it start recently?
For me, it all kicked in once I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome... 😢
