Dealing with lactose intolerance? in Health ·
Thomas Collins60 said:I don't know, sorry, but it’s definitely not cheap 😢—honestly, I'm not even sure if it's worth picking up a little bit given how high the price tag is. But hey, take a look at what they have listed here:

I went to browse online... found some oat cream, 250 ml $4.25

I'm dealing with major cramps today... my stomach is just killing me. Clearly, I need to cut back on bread and milk as much as possible. Today I had corn bread and plum jam—which I actually enjoyed—followed by some pâté and salsa with red radicchio and garlic... but I've still got total bloating and cramping.

It's weird that even that bread is causing issues... but there's obviously something in there. At the end of the day, I just feel constantly hungry whenever I try to cut carbs for a few days to deal with fungus...

I recently tried the Light Morning blend and, unfortunately, ended up with intense cramping afterward.😢 It might have been because I probably drank half a liter mixed with chocolate.😁 I'm not sure, but if even the Light Morning version doesn't sit well with me... that's a real problem.🙄

I had intense cramps yesterday and they're back again today... I ate garlic today so maybe that's just sitting heavy on me... I was actually hunting for those small rice milk cartons again but couldn't find any. If I buy the liter size, it spoils way too fast before I can finish it... and they aren't exactly cheap.

Ten years ago, I didn't deal with any of this... They say stress and general dissatisfaction play a huge role in most of it...

I’ve noticed my body reacts poorly to milk, but yogurt, cheese, and kefir seem fine... I still love coffee, though I just have a little bit. That morning blend from Dunkin' is pretty sweet... I tried some Soymilk once, but I wasn't a fan... plus, I couldn't find any small single-serve packs, maybe like 8 ounces. One time I tried some local farm-fresh milk—just swallowed it quick and didn't have any issues at all.🤷

Same goes for heavy cream; my body handles it just fine.
As for the milk itself, it isn't always the same reaction... but it's often cramps, bloating, and gas.
