I’ve been struggling to figure out what to eat for breakfast and dinner that actually qualifies as healthy... Aside from fruit, which is basically my default setting at this point. My imagination just isn't working—I can't seem to come up with seven distinct, nutritious breakfast and dinner combinations to get through the week. If anyone has some ideas, I would truly appreciate the help.😁

Meal replacement pills: Do they actually work?

Has anyone here actually tried these weight loss pills? I’m curious if there’s any real substance to the results, and more importantly, what the actual mechanism behind them is... 😕 Generally speaking, which supplements would you recommend for a bit of extra help with weight management? For context, my diet is solid and I stay active with regular workouts 🙂 My biggest concern, though, is whether these—or any similar supplements—could actually be detrimental to my health in the long run 🤷 For instance, if we’re essentially forcing our metabolism to ramp up via stimulants, is there a risk that once the pills are out of our system, everything just crashes? I worry about the body becoming "dependent" on that artificial boost, potentially leading to even more weight gain once the supplement stops working its magic and things return to baseline...
