Forget all that talk about medications and detoxes. We’re entering peak produce season, so just make sure you're eating fresh fruits and vegetables every single day. Stick to at least three solid meals a day and use fruit as your go-to snack between them. If you feel you need an extra boost, stop by a CVS or Walgreens and pick up some multivitamins, like Centrum or something similar. Drink plenty of water and try to get moving—maybe hit the gym or start a basic workout routine. Look, you're a college student; it’s perfectly normal to feel completely drained at the end of the academic year. I don't think you have anything to worry about. If it makes you feel better, you can run those tests I suggested just to rule everything out and clear your mind.

This sounds like depression to me, or perhaps you're just feeling low because of everything else going on. I get that PCOS is a real issue, but it’s manageable with the right medication. If the pills you've been taking aren't cutting it, go talk to your gynecologist and find a regimen that actually works for you.
If your neck is acting up, your pillow might be the culprit, though some people say neck pain can also stem from stress. It could also be your thyroid causing that constant fatigue. You really should get some blood work done—check your iron levels, thyroid hormones, and so on. Sit down with your doctor and run those tests. It’s probably nothing serious. Good luck.
