I feel like even the simple things I used to do for myself are becoming a total luxury lately. Is anyone else noticing that basic self-care is starting to feel like a massive financial commitment?

I have to get this done next week, so I’m looking for anyone who’s been through it to weigh in. Give me the real rundown on your experience. How awkward is it? How much does it actually hurt? How long does the whole thing take... etc.
