It’s essentially a peripheral circulation disorder.
Wear gloves—all the time—specifically those mitten-style ones that cover all your fingers at once when the winter weather hits hard.
Also, try to stay away from working in cold water.
Make sure you're massaging and moisturizing your hands regularly; even just a standard lotion helps when they start to flare up.
( It gets pretty serious when your fingers turn that deathly pale yellow color right up to the knuckles. )
There isn't really a silver bullet in modern medicine for this condition,
unless you're looking at extreme interventions (like a sympathetic nerve block).
I think I'll give the massage thing a shot, because honestly, it really does seem like a circulation issue for me too. My hands and feet always feel like they're frozen solid.🥳 🥳
My right hand is constantly cold, and it affects every single finger on that side, whereas on my left hand, it only seems to hit a few of them.
