Seriously, go see a doctor—don't mess around. You don't want to end up with some nasty infection or poisoning.
Anyway, my local jeweler actually told me straight up that they won't touch it because it’s way too risky. Most jewelers here just stick to earlobes and won't even dream of touching cartilage.
Then you've got those alternative medicine crowds—you know, the Reiki types—who'll tell you not to pierce your ears at all! They claim there are vital energy points right there—kind of like how nerve endings work in your palms or feet—and that messing with them ruins your whole body's energy flow...
(I actually have a couple of piercings in my ears myself, just waiting for them to heal up.🙂 )
Look, I really don't want this to sound like some random skincare ad—I swear! I have zero connection to the company, I’m just a genuinely happy customer here.
The cream is called "Lion-M," and it's actually approved by the Department of Health and Human Services. It covers a crazy amount of stuff—we're talking acne, rashes, bug bites, cuts, burns, even hemorrhoids, warts, and moles. (It won't touch congenital warts, though—that's what their pamphlet says.)
It’s all-natural stuff too—lavender, chamomile, St. John's Wort, bay leaf, and I'm pretty sure there's some onion in there. It's a local, homemade product, and the 50g jar is $13. You can pick it up at Pike Place Market. (Full disclosure: the smell reminds me so much of my grandma's greasy breakfasts—all onions and lard—but honestly, once you see how well it works, who cares!?)
When I first grabbed it, I felt like such a sucker for buying it at a market, like some total amateur. But since I'm big into natural remedies, I figured... why not?
The wart I was applying it to (not on myself, obviously, but on my partner!) started shrinking right before our eyes every single day! Seriously, guys, this stuff works! We aren't even thinking about a doctor's visit or freezing it off anymore—it's just a matter of time before it's totally gone.
It worked for us! And it might be a lifesaver for anyone who hates going to the doctor.🙂
I can’t quite make sense of the full report, but one thing's for sure—you definitely need to strengthen those muscles and get your circulation moving. It'll do wonders for your back and your whole body, trust me.
Do you play any sports?
Any doc worth their salt is gonna tell you swimming is the way to go for spine issues, and cycling is killer too.
If pools gross you out (they totally do for me), check out some yoga—there's this "Yoga in Everyday Life" stuff that really helps, and you'll feel it instantly. (Like, the "cat-cow" pose is absolute magic for your neck and your whole spine.)
If you're stuck at a desk all day working or studying, grab a Pilates ball and use it instead of a chair while you're at it—it really takes the pressure off those stressed-out spots in your back. I've heard that ball is also a lifesaver for pregnant women, and we all know how much extra strain they deal with.
Massages help too, obviously, but you gotta pay someone for those, whereas exercise is free!🙂
Hang in there—you've got this!
