Honestly, I think you LOTR fans have been totally spoiled 😁 the movie is actually pretty decent—it’s easy to watch, fun, and the special effects are solid enough... what's your take?

Of course the book is way more interesting... I just feel bad that J. K. Rowling is stripping away everything we actually fell in love with just to make the book a bit slimmer. She’s still brilliant at what she does, sure, but what’s the point if you cut out the soul of the story? If adding 200 pages makes the book five times better, why even bother shortening it? 😕
