Hiatal hernia help/advice?

Does anyone deal with epigastric pain when dealing with a hernia? It’s strange because all my tests come back normal—even the gastroscopies and colonoscopies. But I get this dull ache right under the left side of my ribs. It flares up whenever I lift something heavy on my left side or make movements that shift my ribcage. On top of that, there's this low-level heartburn that feels like it's eating me alive, especially at night. Constant bloating, gas, and just this non-stop gurgling sensation in that area... 🤔
I've known about a small hernia for about two years now, but this past week was different. Twice, I was hit with these intense, stabbing pains right in the upper abdomen. The pain sort of radiated out, spreading between my shoulder blades. It felt like my chest was actually going to explode. Every single breath—inhaling, exhaling—was painful. The center of my chest hurt so much it spread behind both breasts, and swallowing became a total nightmare. I could literally feel every single swallow of water moving down my throat. It was awful... and once the pain finally subsides, the burping starts, and it just goes on until you're completely exhausted.
